The location is great. The room looks nice and is pretty comfortable but if the plumbing is not working well then I am not sure I can say my stay was positive. The first problem was that this hotel does not have a hot water pump to make hot water on demand. Instead you turn on the hot water and wait, wait and wait for it to arrive. For a room at the far end of the second floor this meant waiting for several minutes, nude in the shower shivering, until it arrived. I guess I was the first one to take a shower at 8 am with the hotel mostly empty due to covid restrictions. All three of the showers I took (two in the morning, one in the afternoon) took a really long time. The other plumbing problem we had was with the french press coffee pots in the room. At home i toss the used wet grounds down the kitchen sink. In the room the only sink is in the bathroom. I promptly clogged up the sink and it would not drain. Ugh.

Hi thomast169, Thank you for your review. We are disappointed you had issues with the hot water during your stay. We would like the opportunity to discuss your stay with us further to better understand your issues with our hot water. We wish you would have advised the front desk of your experience as we would have this dealt with at that time. We take these type of issues very seriously as our guests experience is paramount. Thank you for staying with us and please take the opportunity to call us to discuss your stay further and welcome you back at the Adara Hotel in the near future.

Hotel was great and had all we needed. Staff were also very pleasant. Only thing to be aware of is the location. It is directly on top of Buffalo Bills, which in non COVID times, I world image could get very loud at night

I had a wonderful two night stay at the Adara Hotel. The staff, room and location could not have been better. I was greeted by name when checking-in, stayed in a spacious one bedroom suite and you can easily walk to anywhere in town. I highly recommend everyone staying at this property!

We had a great stay with our puppy at Adara. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The boys really enjoyed the hot tub despite the 30 minutes time slots due to regulations. This hotel is just steps to the gondola and is at the heart of whistler village. We can’t wait to be back!!
