I have been staying at the Summit for Wanderlust Whistler since 2012 and it is now my "go to" hotel for any stay at Whistler. From the ultra-convenient location, to the friendly and vibrant staff, to the candy bar, 'rent a fish' and quirky 'stuffies' in each of the rooms, the Summit excels at all aspects of hospitality. I highly...

Great location and a great base for whistler and blackcomb activities. Pool area is a nice space for relaxing after some spring skiing. Even by the impressive Canadian norms, the staff were friendly and pleasant, I cant recall a single staff member that didn't smile and say hello each time I passed them. The rooms are well finished to a...

Booked a night at the Summit Lodge for an over night stay in Whistler on a recent motorcycle trip. I had specifically booked two double queen beds, as we were sharing a room but not a bed and I didn't want someone to end up on a sofa-bed. The hotel over-sold I imagine, they upgraded us to their largest suite...

Helena M, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review! I am thrilled to hear that enjoyed your modern suite, Sachi Sushi & the Green Moustache. I do apologize that we were unable to give you a room with two queen beds as I can see how it would be frustrating for one of you to be...

Chris, the front desk guy, was the friendliest front desk person I've ever met! His smiley and helpful personality made all our comings and goings extra enjoyable. The location could not be beat, right in the middle of town. Loved having a kitchen in our room and our little deck over-looking the pool and hot tub. Main bed was comfy,...

sunvalleyjody, I am thrilled to hear that Chris was able to touch your Whistler experience in such a positive way, you enjoyed where we are situated, kitchenette, pet friendly atmosphere and bike rentals. I am so glad you brought up the sofa beds - in fact we have since replaced every sofa bed in the hotel! :) Hope to see...

Stayed here over a busy weekend and enjoyed ourselves. Don't expect the same cookie cutter experience of the large chain luxury hotels here. The hotel was rich with charm and personalized extras. Our room was impeccably clean. It was evident the through job they did, especially in the pet friendly rooms. You could see from the hall the effort they...

Did our research, and found a great place to stay at Whistler. Great value as compared to other hotels. Can't beat the location for quiet yet nearby all activities. Parks nearby are beautiful. Loved our room, and the staff was great! Will definitely stay again!

Typical chain hotel found across the North American continent. Room huge. Bed excellent. No complaints there. Pity the poor fish in a cube that are on offer in reception as an alternative to tv. Someone somewhere obviously thinks they are a good idea. All I could think was the craze for fish feet pedicure. Where do they find these people.

BRIAN C, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review! It is fabulous to hear that you enjoyed your suite & bed quality. I am unsure what you mean with regard to the Betta fish being an alternative to TV as there are televisions in every one of our rooms. I can assure you we don't put...

We arrived before our room was ready, but was offered a parking card for the garage so we could go explore the village. The room was quiet, large, and the king bed very comfortable. Stayed here a few weeks ago. I would call our room comfortable and quiet for the most part. Small kitchenette in room if you want to cook. Staff friendly and helpful. Underground parking but spaces are small. I would be comfortable staying here again on my next visit.
