We just loved this place the service was excellent as was everything else loved the free bus to and from town. The free breakfast was great. The hotel must mention in their directions that there ware two Blackcomb Ways Go past the first one and take the second one I don't know why the hotel don't mention it as it...

I am still dealing with the hotel and corporate management to make this a truly a place that you can't wait to go back too. Improving staff training in attention to details for your visiting members is the number one priority.

Felt ripped off. I booked over the phone and agreed on 150$ a night, nobody mentioned 23$ plus tax for parking. Im coming from out of town of course ill be driving, felt very ripped off.besides that the room was fine to stay in.

Really disappointed in after spending $1200 for 4 nights. Second bedroom was a joke with Queen bunk beds that were horrible. The breakfasts went downhill day after day, with poor supply and types of food available.

Complimentary breakfast was good to have when we are tired to get out in the morning but had not enough food. You have to go early to have what you want to eat!! BF starts at 7:30 ends at 10. But you can bring to your room. The hotel is on the top of the Upper village. I felt it...

The pool is nice but one of the hot tub is not working. The staff is friendly and courteous, breakfast is ok, Our room faces the pool so there is a lot of noise from kids playing in the pool and some yelling occasionally. Will not work if you would like a nap in the afternoon.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days in the Whistler/Blackcomb villages via the FREE and frequent shuttle service from the Coast Hotel, which is a good thing as it is the farthest hotel away from the villages. The hotel amenities were very nice - 2 hot tubs, big swimming pool, FREE breakfast buffet with Gluten Free options. The rooms were quiet, but...

Overall a pretty good hotel, a little old and no air conditioning, but I did like the hotel. The free breakfast is good, and the pool is a plus if you have kids. I'll stay there again, it's quiet and pretty relax.

Descent hotel, good staff, $23 a night to park or walk a half mile up hill. Room was nice, fully stocked kitchenette. Parking garage has a storage locker for bikes, and individual bike lockers if you have a higher end bike free of charge

Great all around. Rate was very fair. Room was great. Location isn't optimal; hotel is situated a ways from the village however a free shuttle runs to the village roughly every 20-30 mins. Staff were courteous and friendly.

“The rooms are very comfortable. Next year, though, we are going to request a room facing the back of the hotel. In a room facing the entrance, one hears everyone's conversation as the enter and exit the front door and also the free shuttle buses, until 1:30 AM, as they pull around the hotel's circular driveway to the bus stop.”
