Watch out for the pictures, did they use a wide angle lens? Our "Premium Suite" was a lot smaller than what the pictures looked like. Arrived early as we'd never been to Whistler, didn't expect our room to be ready, it wasn't. After getting information about the Village, front desk said an email would be sent when the room was ready - it never came. Upon arriving back for check-in, we were told it must have been a tech issue, and it would go through management. Leaving 4 days later, still hadn't heard from them. Make sure you're aware, it's $23 a night to park your car, unless you want to park waaaaay down the hill and hike up, because there isn't any outside the hotel. To top off the stay, the tiny "suite" we stayed in was in the front of the hotel, above the turnaround for the bus, which comes every 35 minutes until 1:00am. With no AC in the room, and a small fan that doesn't do much, we had the windows open - lots of noise. Would NEVER stay here again. So disappointing.…
Amazing views from our balcony! Great location and good value for money. The only one negative comment, we were expecting that the sofa for the kids will have some linen already, instead, we had to make their bed. We booked for 2 adults and two kids, so expected to see 2 made beds. Nice resort! We will be back for sure! And will recommend to our friends.
Overall the room and property were very good. Only problem we had that caused us to have a bad time is the toilet was working very minimally. We called for it to get fixed, but it wasn’t fixed 100%. One of the locks on the bedroom door knobs was broken as well. But that wasn’t that big of an issue. Overall, I would recommend this place and would be a perfect score if the toilet was fixed
We have stayed here for years; the building is quiet, the mountain view is great, and it’s super easy to walk to village via Blackcomb ski out or direct shuttle. We miss the free breakfasts from the old coast hotel days, but the kids love the pool, so it’s a win for us either way!
We stayed at the Blackcomb Springs Suites for four nights during our Canadian roadtrip in August. We chose the hotel based purely on cost, as the Whistler area is very expensive. We had a studio apartment overlooking trees at the back of the apartment. This meant it was fairly dark in there all the time, but also very private and slightly cooler as when we stayed temperatures were in the 30s and there was no aircon. They did provide a fan, which was very welcome. Parking was quite pricey at $23 per night, but no alternative. There is a complimentary shuttle bus around Whistler and this called at the hotel regularly. This was very handy for getting to and from town as the hotel is at the top of a steep hill and it was hot! Staff were very friendly and helpful, The hotel is pretty dated and the decor could do with updating.…
Staying at Blackcomb Springs Suites is always a pleasure. It's fun, lively, attractive, and the location is fantastic. If you're there in the winter you can ski right out the door. If it's summer time, it's an easy walk to the village and you can hop a convenient bus for the ride back up the hill. The pool and hot tubs are lovely and the suites are very clean and attractive. We always choose this property when we go to Whistler.
Great pet friendly place to go with only a small walk up the hill! Our room for 6 was spacious with a lovely balcony over looking the room and all 6 of us plus a dog lived comfortably. I knew before hand there was no air con but didn’t bother us, room was very comfortable. Pool and hot tub was a great bonus !
We had a lot of fun and I honestly recommend this place over many others in Whistler! The quick access to the slopes is unique and sooo nice. It wasn't my first time and I tried different rooms and suites over the years. All great options!
Nice resort, but expensive for the amenities. No AC, parking is extra even at $750 a night. Nice view if you pay for it. Pool area is nice. If you can get the Clique discounted gift cards from Costco, it could save you some money.
Very good location and venue. This was done for a batchelor party and everyone had a great day. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were big and comfortable. It was an extra perk having a pool on site
