Hotel Rialto is in a great central location. Lovely old heritage hotel with exceptionally clean rooms. The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful & looked after our every need with suggestions of great places to eat & to visit. We had dinner at the Veneto lounge one night & it was delish!!!! Would certainly recommend the Rialto!

Hello, great to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. Hearing positive feedback about our front line staff is one of my favourite things. The fact that you will recommend us to others is the highest compliment you can pay us. Come visit again soon. Sincerely,

Hotel was clean and beautiful - the staff was amazing and treated us with so much courtesy and care. Would have though we were paying double. Food was spectacular in restaurant - we had breakfast, came for coffee and muffin,, stayed for entire meal. Oh yes, the welcome cheese board delivered to our room was a nice touch to start...

Stayed at the Rialto for 1 night. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I think I have been in. I thought it was a high standard. Bathroom nice and large, well equiped and updated. We had a queen standard room which was a little on the small side but was adequate for our needs for sure. The air conditioner was...

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to review our property. As you noted, cleanliness is taken very seriously at our property so it is nice to see that it is noticed and appreciated. Just a few notes for your next visit: Parking - as you mentioned, we have valet service at the hotel as an option. Alternatively, there...

Old heritage hotel that has been nicely renovated in a central location. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Veneto Lounge serves great cocktails and the Veneto Cafe makes a delicious breakfast. We will stay here again.

The hotel is really clean and modern. The staff are super helpful and professional. Beds and pillows are very comfortable! Location is really convenient for everything, but the street side rooms can get noisy on the weekend nights. Also I found the rooms to be quite warm.

I had an inside room on the second floor. Be aware that you really only get a view of the sky by looking up two floors. The "courtyard" that I overlooked is a 15'x20' square landscaped with pea gravel and potted dwarf trees. Simple, plain. It was very quiet (except for the couple from an adjoining room yelling at each...

Twice a year we go to Victoria (a combination business and pleasure) Somehow we had missed this great hotel. It is buzzing with enthusiasm and they can't do enough for you from arrival on. The bar is a good place to start and unwind when arriving and get the story of the place. It's a good story. Talk to Caledonia....

This is our third visit and the Rialto remains a great choice and value for a centralized boutique hotel in downtown Victoria. The Ventao Lounge continues to be a lively place that serves a suprisingly good Sazarac. Beware of rooms on any floor ending in 05 as they are close to the elevator and noise from hotel patrons intrudes into...

We spent 2 nights at the Rialto. We wanted to see spring in Victoria. Our room was great - large, comfortable, quiet and very clean! We had drinks and appies at the Veneto lounge and ate breakfast both mornings at the Veneto Cafe. Service and food excellent! The attention to detail at the Rialto is terrific. We hope to be...

We stayed for 3 nights after exploring the island & thought it a great place to stay. Easy to find, valet parking and a friendly welcome. We loved the little extras; vouchers for cheese platters, coffee & pastries, not having the room serviced every day. Location is excellent and we spent most of our time on foot. Room was large,...
