I was in Vancouver for the first time and was attending a conference. This hotel was about 15 mins walk from the main conference centre in a place that is easy to navigate. The suite (living room - with sofa bed and a 2 x double bedroom) was a decent size with most amenities (including a kitchenette). The hotel had...

This hotel offers suites which are well equipped. The room is clean, has comfortable bed and sofas to receive guests or simply to relax. A little disappointed with limited selection of TV channels and lack of wide variety at breakfast otherwise this hotel is really good value for money.

A central location within walking distance of BC Place, a ton of restaurants and boutiques. This hotel offers friendly, customer service. There is a pool and exercise equipment for anyone that enjoys swimming and working out while they stay. I would recommend the Rosedale on Robson.

This was the second time I've stayed at this property, and would do so again. While the furnishings are a bit dated, everything is impeccably clean and comfortable. The 2 bedroom unit we had was great for 3 adults. Lots of sitting space, kitchenette well appointed, floor to ceiling windows(some open for fresh air), tons of decent towels and lots of...

This very affordable hotel is well situated in downtown Vancouver, so is very close to the shopping precinct, art gallery, library (lovely building, worth a look) and public transport, but is also surrounded by quiet residential streets and lots of good, low-cost restaurants, take aways and pubs. We walk a lot, so found it easy to walk to the Granville...

This hotel is in need of an update. The rooms are designed to accommodate travellers who are staying for long periods of time, with a galley kitchen, full living area, and separate bedroom. It's very spacious. But the furnishings are very outdated. The old appearance makes them feel dirty. The "gym" includes something like 2 treadmills and a bike, and...

I stayed in this hotel last week on a solo trip to Vancouver. It has a great central location, is close to public transportation, allows you to walk around many sites in the area, and is not too pricey. I think this hotel would be really good for people traveling with children.

Great location on Robson Street, within walking distance to many different attractions, restaurants etc. Spacious, comfortable rooms- perfect if you're staying for more than one night. Fast wifi. The only downside was I made two separate reservations for a three consecutive night stay & had to change rooms after the first night (into a room of the same size with...

Recently stayed at the Rosedale Hotel October 15th to October 21st 2016 . The hotel is centrally located in the Yaletown district of Vancouver where many highrise apartments, condos and hotels are. Floor to ceiling windows give nice views but you'll need to close the drapes for privacy because you can literally see others going about their daily routines in...

Staying in Yaletown & False Creek North

Neighbourhood Profile
Yaletown & False Creek North
Yaletown has risen from the ashes of its rough-and-tumble industrial past into one of Vancouver's new chicest neighbourhoods. The place responsible for originating of the phrase 'skid row' might not call to mind independently-owned boutiques and terraced cafes, but having swallowed the waterfront lines of False Creek North, the resulting amalgamation transformed the area into an elegant, stylish hotspot with a view. Its youthful vibe owes to the many young families and young professionals who live there, bolstering nightlife and restaurant variety along its cobbled streets. It is the flagship neighbourhood for modern revitalization, and the It-Spot for boutique hotels and modish eats.
