Cheap but ok hotel on Robson street. Stanley park, shopping and also Gastown within reasonable distances. Rooms were clean, beds were top, staff was very hospitible. Downsides: rooms are kind of small and outdated. Nothing too big of a deal though.

Great location, nice hotel and room was clean and nice. It seemed to be an inconvenience for the front desk to check me in. When I called on the way to ask where to park, the same guy just kept saying empire landmark - I am not local and had no idea what this is, he then kept and telling...

There is nothing that I didn't like about the hotel for this price. It was way cheaper than any other hotel down town. Walking distance to the city centre, walking distance to English Bay, Stanley Park or Canada Place. In fact we walked everywhere! Great location. Hotel was very clean and staff friendly. We didn't have particularly breath taking window...

This is right on Robson St. which is good. Fairly easy walk to Stanley Park. The place is not new but not old and in pretty good shape. The room was small but clean and everything worked fine. The TV was tiny. The staff were helpful altho I had very little interaction with them. Biggest complaint is all the doors...

Location is excellent with plenty of restaurants close by. We were upgraded to a suite which though sparsely furnished was very large. Plenty of towels supplied. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and parking is available nearby at a cost of $20 a night until 1100 the next morning. Room was clean and comfortable. No tea or coffee provided. Unfortunately...

The hotel is centrally located, and ultimately was cheap, but this didn't for us turn into good value. Avoid rooms on the 1st floor so any rooms starting 100, ask for a higher up room. They have a very nice, very shiny granite or stone floor through the lower corridor but this means a lot of noise and echo. Doors...

I stayed for 2 nights, and needed more towers. So, I called to front desk and asked getting extra towers. But you know what they asked me that I need it right now. So, I said that I need it for the next morning and they said that I call and asking at next morning.

The location is the best. Downtown, full of restaurants (including Cora for breakfast or lunch) only 6 or 7 blocks from Stanley Park. We were there for three nights at an excellent price. Even Robert upgraded our room and it couldn't be better. Very clean and we have no complains. Although there was NO elevator, that was not a problem...

Good location within walking distance to Stanley park, waterfront and main downtown area. Mainly friendly and helpful staff. However you could hear people in other rooms, like from upstairs, although not major issue. My main annoyance was that the hotel charged me over 2% for paying with my credit card which they did not inform me about. Along with the...
