First let me start off with, I usually never write bad reviews. I'm an easy-going guy and it's hard for me to get upset, especially on vacations. That all said, this place was shockingly bad in terms of customer service. I'll list it out.
This apartment had everything we needed and a grocery store across the road for anything else! Great location for sightseeing, shopping, transport etc. room was quiet. Bedrooms are not large, but this is downtown. We had a two bedroom for 4 people.

We have a one night stay in Vancouver between flights with two kids ..... location perfect...staff friendly.... beds comfortable... highly recommend this.... and cheap!!!!! Heaps of food options also at doorstep!!
I have stayed here for years. The staff and management really care about your stay. They are terrific. It is clean and quiet. This is my home away from home. Fantastic location to enjoy the best Vancouver has to offer.
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also
popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
