The hotel may look okay from the outside for $70 a night but it was definitely not worth it inside. I needed an express hotel that had the airport shuttle and I should have stayed down the road at one of the other 3 hotels that were about the same price. The elevator smelled like kitty litter. The first room...

My mom, grandmother, aunt and myself decided to do a girls weekend trip to Vancouver and unfortunately booked at this hotel. The rates seemed comparable to other hotels in the area, but the quailty of this hotel was so poor. At check-in, we asked about what the cost would be to upgrade to a suite and decided it would be...

I stayed there May 11th, cost me $62 plus taxes etc. It's 5 minutes from YVR by FREE shuttle bus. Room was OK, bed was comfortable. TV worked, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is pretty basic and OK for an overnight. The continental breakfast is served in the restaurant on the main floor. Not a buffet you have...

The only reason I stayed here is because there was a cheap rate online. Rooms are basic. Hotel is passable. NO AMMENITIES other than a small restaurant on-site. Some rooms have a kitchenette with sink, microwave and bar fridge. My experience: - Remote control for TV would not work. Hotel staff would not come to my room to replace the...

I am surprized at these reviews! I found the room very clean and comfortable. My husband was shocked I couldn't find any flaws, because I'm always looking for signs of dirty hotels. The staff was wonderful, always willing to send up extra towels or meet whatever needs I had.

Spent one night here for an early depature. First of all the pic is deceiving, the key did not work in the room, tv was broken, phone was broken and the bath fan was broke. all i wanted was to stop somwhere to take a shower and sleep for 4 hours and it was just horrible. The room was dirty...

I had no problems here. The underground parking lot was gated and needed key card access to enter. The staff were friendly and accomodating (I arrived late and had no reservation, they found a room for me that was normally left empty because it has a pull down bed that folds down from the wall) and the price was quite...

This accommodation is part of a good hotel chain...but must be the worst of the chain... It all begins with the awful smell inside the room, the beds that bring you so close to the ground you wonder if you wouldn't be sleeping better on the ground itself, the dead insects in the bathroom... ...and ends in the morning with...

Spent the night due to an early departure. Room dingy, sheets smelled musty, room smelled of tobacco (requested non-smoking). Returned 2 weeks later to find that someone broke into our truck while it was parked underneath the building. The management, fortunately, removed a few personal items left in the cab and kept them for us. Unfortunately, they didn't notice that...

Unfortunately, my vehicle was stolen in their open car park overnight. The carpark is quite dark, not properly lighted and hence a very decent spot for thieves to break in. And security there was very loose. In fact, the night I stayed, another car got broken into. The most problem I have was the security guard didn't take my case...
