Francois at front desk provided excellent service. He suggested an upgrade to a room with a view of Stanley Park for a fee. It was definitely worth it. Beautiful view. He was friendly and professional. The room was nice, but too bad they don't have Nespresso. The tea selection was excellent. They did provide something special for my niece's sweet 16th birthday. What a very nice surprise. The pool was huge and it was nice to have the hot tub to myself. Very comfortable bed and the room was big. There was a tub, but it was a bit shallow. Will stay here again for the view though.

Beautiful views! My duster snd I took our children and got connecting rooms. Housekeeping could only clean at end of stay so that part we didn’t like as it was a mess after each day and we stayed over the long weekend. But we understand it was part of their Covid protocols. We enjoyed the hot chocolate festival and walked with the kids to different cafes each day, which was nice. The location was perfect! It snowed as well and the kids still managed to find enough snow to enjoy on nearby property. The food was delicious at the ACR restaurant. It e we like have been nice to have a fridge or microwave in our suit for our kids. The rooms were clean. We enjoyed our reserved time in the hot tub which was nice to have dedicated time, again due to Covid protocols. Overall we had a wonderful family day weekend! Highly suggest!

The Hotel is located at the heart of Downtown Vancouver across Canada Place. Accessible to almost and everything, name it they got it!. If you are an International Traveller just hop on the train and it will lead you to the hotel as, it is the last Sky-train Station which is Waterfront Station then you are just 5 -7 minute walk away. The hotel have stunning view of the Coast of Pacific and BC mountains. A great place for a walk, a Jog or even biking along the sea wall is a must for you to experience the beautiful Vancouver. About the food, dine in at the ARC they are open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. if you are on a budget, below the hotel is a food court area that has International delights. Starbucks and Tim Hortons Coffee shop are just around the corner. If you are in for a Seafood treat head on to Joe Fortes or Carderos. We arrived at the Hotel and welcomed by a very friendly receptionist name Samuel, who noticed that my husband and I are front-liners. Our room was has the best view facing harbour view and Canada Place, newly renovated room, I love the shower head. We had the Jacuzzi and the swimming pool all for our selves as social distancing are truly applied. We feel safe in the hotel as sanitizers are in place all around the building, Hotel staff and guest are following the COvid19 Safety Protocol. We feel relax and recharged, Our stay truly feels like home away from home. Thank you Fairmont Waterfront Hotel for recognizing front liners, Kudos to your amazing staff! :) Sincerely, The Valdez

The room was clean and a great location. The fridge is not useable as it only has in room pay items in it. The Keurig is awkward in a drawer. The ice machine on our floor was broken. I think I could have found a nicer room cheaper and in just as good a location.
