You get what you pay for, very tired but clean , with good size rooms Bathroom was nice and clean and so nice to have a bath to relax in after a couple of big days in Vancouver In an excellent position for food and free buses We were more than happy here Thank you reception staff who were always very helpful
Well, if you can get past the very old stand carpet, slow dirty elevators this place is the perfect location, great price and has everything you need. I found our suite clean, it is very dated. The fridge was full size, mircrowave so worked well for us to keep some munchie food and make sandwiches. Pool is closed.
First a car rental then the small lobby of hotel Plastic chairs in front Dirty musty smell Room has everything one would want Kitchen, sitting room, bed and bath, plus closets Old stained carpets, Drapes that are shredding and have holes and are dirty Old worn sheets, no fitted sheets Old pink spread Old, worn furniture Very dated kitchen- very few dishes and cutlery although we didn’t need it No ac No fan Windows opened to Robson Street- pigeons very close on ledge No screens Windows so dirty with pigeon waste etc. Good shower pressure Need safety bars in shower/ tub Hole kicked in bottom of bathroom door
Rundown. This hotel needs a complete renovation. Not worth what we paid. Stains on carpet and furniture. Couch in living room was so old. Cushions were flat. Peeling paint and wallpaper. No AC. Windows open but no screens so birds try to fly in. Bed was ok. No bugs. Sheets clean. Bathroom was clean and hot water. Moldy smell. We only stayed one night.
Everything about this hotel was alright. Kitchen was a under-stocked (only 2 pots, no frying pan or anything for the oven), hot water didn't work one morning, but otherwise the room was good. Very close to some excellent restaurants as well.
