The check in was fast, simple and the welcomed me back from my previous stay at the hotel - nice touch. After a half day of meetings I truly enjoyed the high quality gym and pool facilities and started my next day with a post run coffee in the gym. They even provide soy milk as an option for the...

in my room he AC didn't work. The room was a furnace and couldn't sleep much on both nights I was there. I informed the front desk and their response was horrifying. I was told that they would send me a fan to the room. The On Duty Manager then told me the same thing or that she could send...

Dear sentii2002, Thank you for your comments on your recent stay with us. I was very concerned to hear about our performance and of the shortcomings you highlighted. It is very regrettable indeed and I want to offer my sincere apologies. We have had focal point discussions with the team so we may learn and do better in the future....

27th floor, A sink-in-to-able bed, beautiful L'Occitane toiletries, and good water pressure in the showers. Clean, crisp, and a joy to come back to after a day's walking and sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we treated ourselves to a wonderful dinner in the restaurant. The location is right in the middle of the city, we got to...

Well, I definitely don't have the opportunity to spend time in such a Posh resort style hotels and I have to say I would rate it 6 out of 5. I guess you get what you pay for. Staff friendliness, attention and service was amazing. I was there for a business AGM conference and if I have one complaint. It...

The hotel is a little tired but the excellent service more than makes up for it. I have a broken leg so had a handicapped accessible room reserved. There were grab bars in the tub as well as a hand held shower. There were no suitable bars for the toilet, making transfer a bit precarious. We had room service the...

I had a great experience at the Four Seasons Vancouver. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The staff was great from check in to check out. Location is perfectly situated downtown and there is plenty of shopping just steps away. I will definitely return.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and well kept although the hotel is beginning to show its age. Excellent meeting rooms with ample high quality food provided. Restaurant was noisy, with limited food selection and relatively slow service and was fairly expensive. Pacific Shopping Centre can be reached without going outdoors. Skytrain to airport is on next block....

Great location, just across the street from Skytrain. Twenty minutes to the airport by train. Close to Granville Mall and lots of restaurants and shopping. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Great service with good check in access. Meeting rooms were good and accommodated the 300 people at our meeting. The free Wifi is a bust - unable to access...

Great personalized services, super restaurant, attached to the shopping mall for great evenings after work where retail therapy is required to burn of the stress from the day. Love that there is a Holts and a Nordstrom. Might make me come earlier. Always one of my fav Vancouver hotels, service never dissapoints.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
