The concierge was particularly helpful with boarding cards etc, and the rooms were excellent.
Centrally located which is useful if you're getting the hop on/off bus or even just walking around.

Superb hotel with very friendly staff who made you feel special upon arrival. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. This hotel is also used by celebrities. Close to shops, restaurants, local cinema and theatre. Definitely worth the 5 stars that it is.
