Enjoyed our one night at Pan Pacific Vancouver. The location is fabulous! Easy to take the sky train from the airport. Wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance. Close to Gastown. And, of course, the view of the harbour is a treat. All staff were accommodating, polite and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Great...

Just came back from spending 4 days here. Clean nicely decorated and rooms are a good size. Bathroom isn't as big as the Fairmonts -Pacific Rim or Waterfront( at least the rooms we had there) staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very professional from the entry to departing they are all top notch. Never left waiting long for an elevator...

Just came back from a family trip visiting many locations from Vancouver BC to Los Angeles California. Our stay here was amazing. The views were fantastic and being our first stop, my wife and kids did not want to leave. We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant down stairs and we were not disappointed. Service staff were great...

It's a nice hotel. It has been renovated thought corners of it reminds you that it's not a new hotel. Transferring elevators between room, lobby, ground and parking was a bit inconvenient especially after the ground elevators stop going to the rooms at 11pm. The staff was friendly and accommodating. If you don't get a harbor view then it could...

I stayed at the Pan Pacific while attending a conference in early September. I was positively surprised by the hotel. Staff, appearance, cleanliness, room quality were avove my expectation. My room was facing the city but it was very quiet, my window opened and the bed was super comfortable. I would stay there again.

I stayed at the Pan Pacific Vancouver in late-August 2015 and truly enjoyed my time there. The guest room I reserved with the expanded window view of the Burrard Inlet/Vancouver Harbour waterfront was definitely worth the few extra dollars per night that I paid, for my five-night stay. Leaving the curtains open after lights-out at night, I delighted in awaking...

We have stayed twice for our pre-cruise visits to Vancouver and will be staying again this year. The Pan Pacific is ideally sited and is staffed by friendly, helpful people who really want to make your stay special. The rooms themselves could stand to be updated, but the public areas a lovely.

I was at this hotel for a conference. The location and setting were perfect. The conference overlooked the port as did my hotel room. The view of the waterfront was lovely and decent weather made it even better. I went for a walk into town which was local and all the shops were in the vicinity. The staff in the...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
