We stayed at the Pan Pacific Vancouver to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary and not only were we upgraded to a beautiful Suite, every staff we met made it a special time to us. From arrival to departure, it was wonderful. Thank you.

We stayed here for our 49th anniversary before departing on a cruise. Staff wonderful and we were pleasantly surprised with a desert. Million dollar view, but the room needs updating, The local TV stations kept "loosing their signals" went black and so we were not able to watch local news. Very frustrating. Surprised that the toilets were still of the...

Checked in for 3 nights in a harbour view room! Fantastic check in staff. Lovely quality room - all usual amenities including bed robes which was a nice touch. Iron and toiletries included large good quality bed and gorgeous view of the harbour very impressed!

Was in Vancouver on business and had a great stay at the Pan Pacific. Fantastic location and great amenities. While I didn't have time to play - I really enjoyed my waterfront room and the great customer service.

The Pan Pacific is attached to the Vancouver convention centre, which is great if you are at an event at the centre but otherwise is a negative. The location on the water gives the hotel some of the best views in the city. The hotel was very well run and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has probably...

This is second time we've had the pleasure of this hotel. When you get a room on the upper floors that is facing the water and Stanley Park, you are in for a great experience by simply looking out the windows and seeing the boats, the seaplanes landing, birds, etc. The staff is first rate and the bed was really...

This hotel is huge, so you will be walking a lot. The bellboys took our luggage from our rooms to the cruise ship. We didn't have to mess with the luggage until we checked into our rooms on the ship, it was great. The location was within walking distance to the gastown area. Great for shopping boutiques and nice restaurants.

Enjoyed our one night at Pan Pacific Vancouver. The location is fabulous! Easy to take the sky train from the airport. Wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance. Close to Gastown. And, of course, the view of the harbour is a treat. All staff were accommodating, polite and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Great...

Very professional from the entry to departing they are all top notch. Never left waiting long for an elevator...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
