We had an excellent stay recently in Vancouver. The staff was great! From the valet to the front desk, everyone was helpful and zero waiting! It is very much worth upgrading to a room with a view of the water. We sat and forever admired the view and the coming/going of planes & ships. It was awesome!

Great location at Canada Place right at the cruise terminal, accessible by Canada Line from airport. The staff service was terrific, the room lovely, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the room rate good booked directly with the hotel. I will consider the hotel for future stays.

This is a great place to stay. We were extremely comfortable which, for us, is extremely important. We recommend this place for anyone, especially those who are going on a cruise or need a place to stay after your cruise. We couldn't rate this hotel any higher!

This has got to me the BEST place to stay when sailing from Canada Place. You check in and from then on you are totally on vacation. No more taxi's, or luggage worries. They take your luggage to the cruise terminal for you, and you can have a leisurely morning, and then simply take the elevator down and check on...

I stayed here recently with family. Fortunately I was not footing the bill for the night. Average cost for the end of March was around $300/night. I did pay for valet parking as I arrived late with my young daughter and did not want to be figuring out how where to park and how to get inside, etc. Valet parking...

They went the extra mile this time for my girlfriends 30 birthday. It was just the two of us out for dinner and a romantic stay care free downtown. As always awesome staff great room, we would've loved to stay longer. My girlfriend also visited the dos and was very pleasantly surprised by how much she enjoyed a relaxing massage....

Booked a room through BeVancouver and got a really good deal. Upon check in, we decided to upgrade for a better view of the mountain. The only room they had was a Pacific Pearl room which came with breakfast, all day drink lounge (1 alcoholic beverage per person per day). Unlimited snacks for the evening hors d’oeuvres. The room was...

Staff: friendly and professional. Will go out of their way to help. Rooms: very clean and functional. Great views. In suite entertainment: internet (free) not bad at 6 Meg's up and down. TV service is antiquated .... Crappy old hotel service, I believe Shaw. Guide is on channel 3 just what your grandma is used to. Many channels freeze as...

This is supposed to be a luxury hotel that prides itself on customer service. I was very excited to book this hotel for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. I was planning to decorate the room and asked for early check in - it was noted on my file and I called in advance for this to happen. I showed up at...

Our view was great and the staff was friendly! Valet parking made everything really easy for vehicle access. The convention centre at the hotel meant everything was under one roof, which was super convenient

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
