Very nice hotel in a great location. Had a great water view room. A five star hotel with all the amenities by the convention centre. Reasonably priced a bit off season. The room was a good size and very modern. Highly recommended.

The Pan Pacific was a fantastic hotel to stay at. I was attending a conference at the Vancouver Convention Center and the Pan Pacific is connected to it. Not to mention the beautiful ocean view of the harbour and heated pool and hot tub; definitely a top choice for future travelling! Rooms were very comfortable and user friendly and Staff...

Visiting Vancouver monthly I end up visiting quite a few hotels. I really enjoy staying at the Pan Pacific because of the rooms - they are very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is somewhat dated but it has a fantastic waterfront location. When the hotel is quiet (no conventions or tourists) in the winter I find it quite relaxing. When...

I always stay at Pan Pacific, because all their staff are trained to provide higher customer service. This hotel has the best view of the harbor in Vancouver, period. Location is centrally located in business district of downtown. If you go to Vancouver for the first time or regularly, you owe it to yourself to experience the pleasure of staying...

Amazing hotel with heated pool and hot tub. Only downsides were the heater and a charge for wifi. Heat did not go higher than 22 deg C or so even though I increased it on the thermostat to 28 deg C. Temperature of room did you get hotter.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms look exactly like the pictures online. The place it's spotless! The bed was extremely comfortable. The gym is nice, but small and gets really crowded in the morning. Staff was helpful, although room service did make an error on my first night and forgot something I ordered- but it was fine because the portions...

Near perfection. For me that is difficult to achieve. Location is perfect. Quiet, and room have dark blinds which is a preference of mine. Always love staying here. First time using room service. Beautiful presentation, quick service, able to answer all my questions but price is a bit more than I had hoped. Highly recommend

My spouse and I spent our 9th anniversary weekend at the Pan Pacific Vancouver from Feb 18-20, 2017. From the moment we checked-in, everything was fantastic. Emily at the front desk was outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic. Our appointed room was nearly finished being cleaned, so she offered us two drink vouchers at the Coal Harbour Bar. (FYI that the Moscow...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
