We booked 4 cabins for during the Christmas holidays but they were just canceled on us because they gave us the wrong quote. It seems not to matter to them that the employee speaking on their behalf gave us a rate which actually is a verbal binding contract. We had even paid the deposit based on that rate but they... Dear Matt_Clark_1981 I am sorry you ended up cancelling your cabins as you would have enjoyed the holidays at the Cove. At the time you made the reservation our Guest Services Manager confirmed the bookings with you on the phone at the peak season rates that we charge over the holidays. The deposit for each cabin was processed at our... More

What a beautiful place to stay! The gardens are fantastic, the units are clean, beautiful and well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. The kids loved borrowing movies and board games. We loved making fires on the beach with the firewood supplied by Crystal Cove (smores kits were even for sale). If you have small children walk to the... More

We stayed in Cabin 12 which we loved because it is so quiet and peaceful with a superb views of the cove. The cabins are extremely well made with all the mod cons so self catering is a breeze. The weather was very balmy so we enjoyed cooking on the bbq and eating meals on the outdoor setting. We were... More

My Family stayed in Cabin 52 and it was perfect-our little guy especially loved the Treehouse, the Park and the Beach...as did our dog. We're already booking next Summer's visit! Loved the extras such as free DVD's and free firewood and bags of ice for travel coolers!

We have stayed at Crystal Cove every year since 2006 (with the exception of 1 year that we had to miss), and we even had all of our wedding guests stay there in 2008 when we got married. It is by far the best place you could ask for. It is in a beautiful location, the cabins are immaculate and... More

We stayed here in our fifth wheel with friends who were camping in a trailer. We could barely get into our site, and when we finally did, then it was too tight to use fire pit area. Our friends site was beside their main sewer and smelled disgusting. Nice location, though.

Our family has stayed here many times and has always enjoyed. The sites are large, always clean, free showers, starbucks on site, access to Mackenzie Beach, free firewood and so much more. Staff is always friendly.

I have to say a 30 ft trailer in site 82 was so tight. We only had tip out part of the way and our picnic table was up on an angle...so we could back in. As far as having a fire...no way. eThe smell from the sewer system...was ghastly...couldn't keep our windows open. If our site was much bigger... More

Dear jcrumb1124. I am sorry that you did not feel that site 82 was suitable for your needs. It is one of the more popular sites in our Eagle Crescent area of the RV park. The site is 38 feet deep and 15 feet wide with great privacy between you and your neighbours. I can assure you that the sewage... More

We stayed at the RV park at Crystal Cove and really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have planned for longer. The sites are tight, if they say you will only get a 30 foot trailer in, then that is the size that will fit. We really enjoyed the facilities and have not stayed anywhere else that really come...
