Trails lead from the yard into the backcountry for ski tours, snowshoeing, mountainbiking and walking on the many paths through the surrounding British Columbia Interior Cedar- Hemlock forest. The Trans-Canada Trail runs by just a couple of hundred yards away, through the Red Barn Lodge property. Snowshoes are available to guests. The lodge is well situated in 13 acres of private grounds. Kids love all the space for sledding and building snow sculptures in winter and also the in-ground pool (available in July and August). Tourism BC Approved accommodation.

What a fantasticly clean and cute little gem on the outskirts of rossland. Our stay was too short to truely enjoy all that is offered on the property. The pictures on the sight don't show how beautiful this place really is.
