The place is old, the rooms smell like an old hockey barns change room. Upon checking in we turned on the TV and all but the guest service channels had that fuzzy ant picture. Went to get ready at around 4 pm for dinner turned on the shower to full heat for 5 minutes and the water never got above...

We have always enjoyed our visits to the Lakeside resort. The room Furniture, carpets and decor is a bit tired. But the view is great from a room overlooking the lake and the Naramata bench. We never went into the casino. We had breakfast in the Lakeside restaurant.

We really liked staying here for 4 nights in June, 2015 to attend a friend's wedding. We had a lakeside room with a great view of the lake from the 6th floor. Everything was just right and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. The restaurant on the lake, the Hooded Merganser, was excellent. You don't have to go far...

We recently stayed at the Lakeside Resort for 4 days and a wedding. We felt very welcome and well catered to the whole time we were there. Yes the rooms and convention area could do with a bit of sprucing up, but for the price, you can't get a better deal in the Okanagan. The staff were very friendly and...

We stayed here June 12 for one night. I asked the front desk person if the rooms are updated. He said yes. The halls with old yellow wall paper. The furniture is old the room is dark . The patio facing the Rotary park beach area is noisy! The bathroom looked to be updated.

We had a business class room facing the beach which we were very happy with. I think the lakeview would get a lot of noise from the bar. Beds were good, service was excellent. I do have to question the review below about how expensive the breakfasts were. We thought the $12.50 each deal was really good. Day one I...

Room dated and dark and stunk of smoke. Very disappointed as quite expensive. Have stayed in lesser and better motels. Staff were helpful and view stunning. Food pricey in all three eateries but there are many places to eat in the town

Do not come here to sleep, bar opens onto the patio, I'm assuming the large checkout is to accommodate the fact no one gets to sleep till after last call, the patio doors do nothing to block out the noise, but if you complain to the front desk they say it's the bouncers who leave the doors open, therefore all noise in...

The challenge is that this hotel is the best in the area so it gets alot of reviews that are likely better than they should be. Rooms are tired, and in need of an upgrade. Beds are not up to par with other hotels in similar price point. Staff seem to be only mildly interested in helping you. Dining options...

I agree with many who have gone before me that this property is in dire need of a reno however, with the Casino on-site I can see where many would give a hoot about the hotel condition(s). This is not a good place to stay if you are on business. I would seek out another locale. The meals at this...
