This hotel is clean and the decor in the rooms and lobby are eclectically decorated and the rooms are clean and tidy.
I do have to say that I am not impressed with the customer service of the night auditor. ( we checked in at...More
My man and I check into this little jewel for the occasional getaway. It's quiet and out of the way and yet still carries the city vibe. It's so relaxing to sit on the balcony with a glass of red and watch the barges and...More

Thank you for your review - we look forward to welcoming you back for your next getaway!
Very good staff. Clean rooms, nice facilities - great location. Their bathrobes rival those at much pricier hotels. This location is within very close walking distance to several good restaurants and a mall that also has good restaurants and various fun shops. The location is...More

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable; however the inn was "out in the middle of nowhere" relative to downtown Vancouver. Inn staff demonstrated poor communication and customer care skills. There is NO option for getting from the airport or the ferry terminal to New Westminster by boat. From the airport your best method of getting to the hotel is to take the Skytrain from YVR on the Canada line to Waterfront Station (downtown Vancouver) then switch to either the Expo or Millenium line either of which will get you to New Westminster in 29 minutes. The New Westminster Station is about a 2-minute walk from Inn at the Quay.
