Super friendly and helpful staff. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We ended up in a “suite room” with a kitchen and living room area which was perfect for us to host our friends. Hot tub and pool area was nicely maintained . Overall a very pleasurable stay and we will definitely be back.
Dilworth Inn has friendly, helpful staff who catered to my needs during my recent stay. I found the hotel spacious, the kitchenette very well equipped, and the entire facility a wonderful place for my partner and me to stay as we explored Kelowna. The location is ideal for getting to know the town.
I enjoyed my stay at the Dilworth Inn - the receptionist was friendly, the room was spacious and clean and my friend and I had the spa (sauna/hot tub and swimming pool to ourselves! - in the afternoon). The room is huge so plenty of space to spread ourselves out, they provided coffee and had a fridge. I kinda liked the cheerful yellow bathroom and found the jets very powerful. What I didn't like was the endless plastic items used for breakfast - environmentally unsound! I was really uncomfortable that everything was wrapped up individually and chuckable. Can they not use proper cutlery, glasses, plates - I know it's a lot more cleaning but it's a step in the right direction. The highlight was really having the spa area to ourselves. So I felt more comfortable using the hot tub and the sauna and not have kids jumping, splashing the water everywhere in the pool! The Inn is located on a motorway but within walking distance to a restaurant, shopping centre and about 10 mins ride from the town centre.…
This is not a 5 star accommodation but neither is it priced as such. The inn is somewhat dated but the rooms including the bathroom and bed linens are clean which is of importance to us..great place for a great price and continental breakfast is a bonus but if one prefers there is a White Spot restaurant adjacent to the property. The Inn is a block off the main highway so the noise level is quite acceptable.
Spending the night in Kelowna for a medical appointment and looked for a value priced accommodation. Dilworth exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, location, and helpful staff. Kerry at reception was helpful in suggesting activities. The room was large, modern and comfortable. Best Value yet that we've found for Kelowna.
Very clean and roomy. Pool and hot tub in great shape with guest towels there. Toys and floaters for young kids as well. Not bad breakfast as well. Staff was welcoming and always there when you needed something. Housekeeping was extremely friendly as well. Pet friendly too!
The staff was very friendly! It's an old hotel, but very clean, with a big room, a pool and breakfast included. We stayed for 1 night and it was very good because we are on a trip to Banff and will not stay for long.
Check at the Dilworth Inn was easy and quite quick considering there were several folks checking in. Staff were friendly, we needed a rollaway cot and it was delivered quickly. The room was clean and met our needs. Everything worked as it should including the AC. We enjoyed our stay, excellent location, close to everything that we were interested in seeing. The place isn't new but everything was in working order and clean. The continental breakfast was fine but the little room where it is located was very warm and did not hold a lot of people. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a reasonably priced, clean, quiet place to sleep and stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! First with the one negative comment: The bed was extremely firm, which was not good for my bad back as I have a physical disability.. Now to all the positives: When I arrived, I discovered they had put me in a room on the third floor and there is no elevator. I explained my physical situation and they were very kind and quick to find me an accessible room on the first floor. They then went above and beyond to help me unload all my luggage from my car and bring it into the room! The staff here are incredibly friendly, kind and helpful! The roo. Was very spacious and clean! The continental breakfast, while not the most fancy food, had a large selection to choose from (hot and cold) and was more than sufficient to start each day with! Last, but certainly not least, their pool and hottub are phenomenal ( totally alleviated the back pain from the firm bed! It is open 9am-10pm, so I could enjoy it multiple times throughout the day! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I am sure I'll be back!…
Excellent friendly value for money hotel.very clean hotel with large rooms and good breakfast selection. Within easy reach of all shops and places to eat even without a car. *****HIGHLY recommended for women travelling on their own.
