The cleaning staff went above and beyond to help us with an issue she didn’t stop until she resolved the issue ,it really made the vacation even more special . We will definitely visit again soon. The beach was clean and private making it very enjoyable
Recently stayed in a one bedroom lake view suite and it was everything we hoped and more! Well appointed, beautiful view and everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals. The resort experience was great with multiple pools and hot tubs, it never felt crowded. Beach access made for easy SUP launch. Amazing experiences in both restaurants.
We loved the location of the resort, the restaurants were great and we had a blast in the pools. We also rented a boat and had a great time tubing on the lake with the kids. We will definitely plan on coming back next year.
I had an amazing stay at your establishment thanks to Nav at the front desk I have stayed at a lot of hotels for work and I have NEVER experienced someone so pro active and thoughtful and overall happy to help. Nav made our stay the very best. He deserves the highest level of praise and rewards. Thank you Nav!
We had a great stay at the Manteo in June. We had two rooms, one facing the lake and the other facing the pool area. Both were great, quiet and comfortable. We had a terrific dinner at the lakeside patio at the Eldorado Resort down the boardwalk. Would recommend.
Had brunch with friends in Manteo at Eldorado Resort while staying in Kelowna with family - beautiful resort with incredible food, lake views, & staff! After returning to the USA, I went online to purchased a gift card to thank my friends - doing so was easy due to the help of Nav R, front office supervisor - wonderful customer service! I highly recommend Manteo at Eldorado Resort, you will not be disappointed!
My husband & I stayed here for one night on June 7, 2022. Parking was convenient, entrance is lovely. We got to our room and were anxious to drop off our things and go explore. We put our valuables in the safe, but it kept saying "battery error" and would not work. So, we took our valuables with us and asked the front desk to please have the safe fixed, which they did. Later, in a rush for dinner, I pulled out the hotel ironing board and iron to iron my clothes for the evening and noticed that the iron had a big burn mark on it. I was in a rush so put a towel in between my clothes and the iron and tried to use it anyway. A few minutes letter, the obnoxiously loud smoke alarm went off in our room as the iron was starting to smell like a burning substance. Again, I stopped at the front desk and reported what happened. Then my husband sat in the chair and the arm almost fell off the chair. The electrical outlet that the iron was plugged into had a broken outlet cover. These are not things that I expect to happen in a room that I paid over $300 for (incl. tax). On the bright side, the beds were comfy, the sheets/bedding were lovely, the little balcony had a bit of a view of the lake and was very enjoyable. The outdoor pool looked great, and the hotel chairs on the beach were nice to use. Unfortunately, the restaurant in this hotel is only open Wednesday - Sunday we were told (what?!???) although we were told to go to the hotel next door. We did have lunch on the patio at the hotel next door the next day. We liked the location of the hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle and homelessness of Kelowna. Relaxing stroll on the path by the lakeside was very enjoyable. Oh yes, loved the bath robes too.…
Stayed with family on a work trip. While the location was favorable, the room was lacking for such a well-rated place. Door frames were dirty, room service left dirty cups after service was complete. We found it inconvenient that there was only one night stand between two queen beds, so only those sleeping in the centre had access to a stand. Was also annoying that the room had only two drawers to store clothing and belongings outside of the main entry way closet. There was only one waste bin in the room and it was next to the toilet, which was separate from the bathroom sink. It's the small details that add convenience and comfort to the experience and I felt like this hotel was cutting corners by minimizing furnishings. The icing on the cake was when I requested coffee cream and housekeeping entered my room. I asked the personnel to stop as I wasnt fully dressed. He proceeded to enter to drop off the cream next to the coffee machine. Unacceptable. This place is okay but not worth the price tag. Have had much better experiences for less.…
Manager Cristina drove us and two other guests to the airport when the cab service did not arrive or answer their phone. Otherwise pillows and bedding was very soft and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were great.
Superb location, the friendliest staff, great rooms, a terrific restaurant, what more can I say! This place is the best. The sunsets are fantastic and the patio is all time. The marina and boat launch are right out front too.
