Newer hotel right off the highway. Even-numbered rooms face the highway - loud trucks can be heard. Internet is good. Kitchenette needs some items: large cutting knife, steak knives, paper towel, colander. There is only one med pot and one med frying pan. Bathroom has an eye opening automatic light that comes on if you use the facilities in the middle of the night (I put black tape over the sensor). No bar soap, liquid soap only. Beds are comfortable. Room thermostat is constantly overriding(17 deg) my set HOLD temperature of 23 deg.
Great staff great new hotel good continental breakfast (would’ve been nice for something gluten free) gym and pool were very clean overall great hotel we will stay there every time we come to Kelowna.
This is a newer hotel in Kelowna, right along BC 97 near the intersection with BC 33. The rooms are clean, and the hotel's enhanced pandemic protocols are evident - hand sanitizers in common areas. Breakfast is surprisingly not bagged, as in most hotels now because of the pandemic. It's set up more like a pantry, with sanitizers in the food counters. There's a pancake maker, which is a pleasant surprise since a lot of the hotels with breakfast no longer offer this breakfast favorite since the pandemic began. Service is very good as well.
Very nice bargain hotel. Rooms were clean and everything worked. Heater is a bit loud but efficient. Bed was very comfortable. Room was kind of Scandinavian in design. Convenient to Costco and not far from places to eat. It is on the main drag through Kelowna so a rear room is best.
