The BW Plus was a good place to stay in Kelowna for families. As an older couple without children, we found it to be quite noisy during the day. The evenings were quiet. We especially liked the beds. The were very comfortable.

Hello. Yes, smoking is permitted but outdoors only. We do allow smoking on patios but the patio door must be closed to ensure the smoke doesn't filter in. Of course, our preference is for guests to smoke outside of the entrance. There is an acknowledgment of our smoking policy and penalty that the guests must sign when they check in that refers to smoking. Thank you for asking.

Helpful to know that coffee or tea is available across from desk at all hours when I have stayed there on several occasions, saved the hassle for me to make in room.
