Our travel agent booked this stay for us to break up the long journey from Whistler to Jasper. We really weren’t sure what to expect as they advised us that this was purely just an overnight stay to break up the journey. Up to this point, we had stayed in a range of hotels and lodges of a high star...

Interesting reading the reviews after experiencing all that the resort has to offer. I feel that I am going over same ground as others have covered previously, and it really does depend on your expectations as to whether you get the most out of your stay. We had booked a trip through Virgin Holidays and had no influence in where...

This hotel could use some work but has lots of character and was a pleasure to visit. The staff were very pleasant and the surrounding lakes and trees were very inspiring. The meals, service, and decor were amazing.

We just stayed one night and like others wished we had stayed more. It is very handy as a stopover but there is plenty to do and great wildlife. The hotel is run by people who do not believe in the "you are very welcome" rubbish but just good service and great food (best value in Canada $32 for soup,...

I just spent the weekend scrapbooking with 16 ladies at tge Lac Le Jeune resort. Today the sun was out and it was gorgeous. I saw many fish jumping and several fishermen. We all had a great time. The food was awesome. Turkey dinner on Saturday night was delicious. Rooms were good. The bed was very comfortable. I will be...

Nine and cosy location on the lake. Facilities ok. Views brilliant. But lacking things to do nearby. The only thing to do here is hike, and fish on the lake, everything else is over 30 kilometres away in kamloops which is nothing special.

The hotel staff are friendly and approachable. The hotel itself is very comfortable and extremely clean. There is a deliberate policy of attracting wildlife, even to sneaking in the door, and the whole place has an air of relaxation that is hard to resist. Even so, we forced ourselves to visit the local city of Kamloops (25k away) which is...

You know this could be such a vibrant place, nestling as it does in Canada's magnificent scenery. It's so stuck in the 70's/80's with it's decor (I was impressed with the William Morris style wallpaper though). On entering you have to ring a bell...I half expected Sybil Fawlty to appear, with Basil in tow. There's absolutely rock all for vegetarians...the...

I booked a room for only 1 night. When we arrived we had a warm welcome from the 2 men at the frontdesk. Our room looked awesome and had a large beaver on one of the beds. We rented a kayak to get on the lakes in front of the hotel and when we were finished we had an excellent...
