Booked this hotel/motel as we had stayed before some years ago and enjoyed the comfort and convenience and view. This is the way most motels used to be: Clean, comfortable, inexpensive and friendly. And it is close enough to downtown where our Johnny Reid concert was held.

I was in the Hospitality Inn for 10 weeks, and had a very uneventful stay. There was a change in ownership while I was there, and things seem to have gone a little bit downhill. The rooms were very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly to me. I wasn't in the room I originally booked, but was in...

We booked online, an hour before we arrived Kamloops. Receptionist was friendly and we had an ok room. The interior is dated, but clean. We didn't have chairs in front of our door like the other units (which were facing the parking lot anyways),but we pulled the chairs from our room (431) to just outside the room and enjoyed this awesome...

The hotel is quite dated. My room was clean enough but it was a little dark due to few lights on the room. Probably is not good as a family ou couple place. There were a lot rooms with party until late night with people drinking, smoking and shouting loudly at rooms, hallway and pool area. Ah, the patio has...

Dated, yes. But clean, spacious, comfortable and welcoming. And reasonably priced. Ideal for our needs. Stayed here while our son was doing a football camp at the university. Perfectly located for that and easy to get to downtown. It was actually pretty cool weather and a bit rainy for July so we didn't use the pool, but if it had...

Hotel didn't live up to previous reviews. I chose this hotel for my family to stay in on an overnight stop over because the reviews were good and it had a pool I could take the kids to after a long drive. When we got to the hotel, there was a big party happening at the pool with people drinking...

Thank you for bringing all these concerns to my attention. It is definitely disappointing to receive a review like this. We work so hard to make our guests happy also providing a very friendly and clean environment. I truly apologize for such an experience and for the impact it will bring to those who will read this review. I am...

As others on Tripadvisor have said, it's an incredible view that makes for the hotel's shortcomings. It's a little dated, true but the rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed on a Monday Tuesday so, it was also very quiet and no noise to speak of or worry about. Watched the sunset from this hotel which I am sure is...

Just stopped in Kamloops for a night in our way out to Vancouver and were very happy with the room and the view from the back! It's the perfect place to check in to after a long day of driving cramped in a car; beautiful little patio out back to sit and look out over the beautiful landscape, and friendly...

We stayed at this little gem for a recent swim meet. Knowing that this wasn't a 5 star made our experience even better. The rooms are getting run down but are kept very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The staff were fantastic and really made every effort to make our stay fun even going out and buying new sun...

We stayed at the Hospitality Inn this past weekend, which is more a motel. If you are looking for a resort atmosphere/trendy place, look elsewhere. We were fine with it, as we didn't want to spend unnecessary money on a room we didn't plan on being in aside from sleeping. And frankly you just can't beat $95/night (double), or $85/night...
