The Acadian Inn is great value for money. The young man on reception was very helpful. The room was clean, roomy, and the bed very comfortable. There was a fridge, and a microwave. The toiletries were of a better quality than many hotels provide. The air conditioning was very effective, and cooled the room enough that we didn't need to...

Terrible service, and atrocious place. The owners are greedy and unhelpful, and will make your stay incredibly unpleasant. Do yourself a favour and find some place else. Kamloops has many other motels/hotels that are at a very decent price and offers much better utilities and service.

I've been to Kamloops over 100 times for a quick stopover for work, I've stayed in many of the Much better hotels/motels/inns in the area. I made the awful mistake of booking Acadian Inn only to be greeted by their terrible customer service, sloppy work, and disgusting attitude. BC had a state of emergency declared after Kamloops was hit by...

Stayed for one night when passing through Kamloops and found this to be a perfectly reasonable motel. We were in a refurbished room which was clean with plenty of toiletries and towels provided. This only downside was no wifi signal which was disappointing as we were trying to plan the rest of our trip. Still can't knock it for good...

I found this well-priced Inn to be a great hotel! The room was very spacious, quiet, immaculate and comfortable. Check in was easy. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Not one bad thing to say. The room looked recently renovated. You couldn't find better value for your money.

I enjoyed my two nights stay, for the price it was well worth it. Friendly staff as well. Cons - pillows were worn. Housekeeping didn't come to tidy room and change towels. I didnt care too much but it is below hotel standards.

The owners are terrible and even though the rooms are modern they are very dirty. There are no internet signal - wifi. No channels to watch. But the most important this for me is respect and they have none. Our room door was left open for 8 hours while we were snowboarding 60km away. There answer to this was not...

We've stayed at this motel before because of the great price, so thought we'd stay again. The office had the overwhelming smell of curry, which isn't a favorite spice of mine! The young clerk at the desk was polite and helpful. We got to the room and the chairs had stains on them that were either blood or something else....

Traveling to White Rock, Kamloops 1/2 way point, booked Acadian for budget. First room dated, musty and in need of repair, complained to front desk who immediately put us in ground floor renovated room. Location good and decent value but only a one night stopover

Don't be alarmed by the exterior of the hotel but one must keep in mind the hotel rate. It's a good hotel reasonably clean with a very good support staff. Carolyn's restaurant on site is available for breakfast and lunch and it reminds me of a good country restaurant. If you're looking for a hotel with good basics reasonably priced...
