This was the first time that we went in the winter, previously was in the summer and fall. It was very busy since it was right before Christmas, but the staff was on top of their game. From bell boys to the managers. The main hotel rooms could use some love and touch ups, but everything else was amazing.

I spoke with the reservations team ahead of time to confirm we could have a room with space for our playpen and we ended up with a fantastic room! Great views of the lake, easy walk to the pools, and helpful and efficient staff. Wish we could afford to visit more often!

We stayed here for 3 nights..had three rooms in the West Tower. We stayed in room 611. Check in process was quick when we arrived but saw other times when there was a large line up. The check in staff was very friendly. Our room had a lovely view of the lake and lots of closet space. The bed was...

I have been going to Harrison Hot Springs for awhile now. Usually we just take the motor home up there and enjoy the public hot pool. Always nice and very affordable at this time of year. This year I took my daughter and family to stay at the Resort. It was the best decision we ever made. The town was...

Had a great time at the resort. Hot tubs were definitely the must do thing here, incredibly relaxing. Rooms were nothing over the top but well maintained, however when you go you should just be spending the majority of the time in the hot tubs. Restaurants were not that great to be honest but it's a few min walk to...

Over all, not bad. It snowed while we were there and that really added to the ambience of our visit. However, the pools have chlorine in them!!! I couldn't believe it! That just ruined everything as far as I'm concerned. My skin was dry from the chlorine after getting out and I smelled like bleach! I anticipated spring water. However,...

Snowflakes do add a magic to the resort, don't they? We're mandated to add chlorine to the pools as per the health ministry's regulations. You can learn more about our pools and the make up the mineral waters at our website.

We love dogs in general but having them in the hotel did NOT enhance our experience. Otherwise, this resort continues to provide us with the most relaxing vacation. We stay here four times a year (once every season) and have never been disappointed. We can rely on the staff to be warm, the rooms clean with great views, the beds...

Having never been we decided to spend Christmas weekend at Harrison Hot Springs Resort. We had an excellent time and look forward to returning soon. We went for the hot springs and view and we were not disappointed. The hot springs were rejuvenating! The adult pool was nice, however it’s just opposite the family pool so kids can be heard...

What a beautiful setting for a little getaway. Floating in the pool under the stars was wonderful. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast buffet in the bed and breakfast package at the Lakeside Cafe was great. I'll define back and send others.

The lobby and conference spaces and food and beverage services are all excellent! Rooms are clean and comfortable but not recently renovated (in main building of original hotel property). Directly on beach of Harrison Lake with a beautiful view. Hot pools are very nice and highly recommended. The town is very quiet in January which is nice - no crowds.
