My wife and I recently spent a Sunday/Monday overnight visit at Harrison Resort and Spa. We love the pools. The water is incredible and really does soothe all your aches and pains… Unfortunately, beyond the pools and the spa, the resort experience really drops off. What could and likely should be a truly relaxing getaway is mired by loud kids...

We'll share your suggestions with the resort's owner. Note that the budget-friendly rooms are located in the heritage part of the building, giving every wallet an opportunity to experience the pools. Updated rooms are available in the east and west towers.

Apparently 50% of the rooms in the main hotel don't have queen/king beds but rather twin/doubles. I was absolutely shocked that a resort style hotel that caters to couples in this day would have such small beds in quite spacious rooms in North America. This is not clearly stated on the booking receipt but instead it just says "one bed"...

The staff at the registration desk asked if we had been here before; when we said yes, her reply was "Welcome back". Highlights were the Lakeview Restaurant for dinner and breakfast and the hot indoor pool. Saw Lawrence but it was too busy to chat - I'm sure he would have been happy to.

The hotel is very much in need of a complete overhaul. Rooms are old and very dated; I was given a room in which the balcony doors didn't lock (but refused it) and the entire place has a musty "old" smell. So not worth the money.

Sounds like you were in the heritage part of the hotel where budget-friendly rooms are available. Next time book in west or east towers for an updated experience. Thank you for sharing your comments.

We drove from Kelowna, a 3.5 hr drive. We booked the hotel via phone on September 30, 2017. We booked two nights as a family holiday. When we arrived on Friday, the check in desk said they only had us down for one night. She mentioned she would get the manager to phone us in the morning and see if...

The hotel was good, having learned from previous experience not to book in the Main Hotel ie: the 100 year old part of the complex. The pools are the highlight here. The food was good, in the lobby restaurant, and the view of the pool was nice.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Our stay was in the older part of the hotel overlooking the pools. It can be noisy with children & parents not observing the "quiet please" signs so others can enjoy. The pools are great, especially the outdoor ones where you can enjoy the mountain scenery.

If not for the wonderful natural hot springs, I would not step foot in this hotel. It is really old and dilapidated and the service is sub par. I was shocked to discover there was no coffee provided in the $200 room, but there is a Starbucks in the lobby where you can grab one for $5. The hotsprings were...

There is a public swimming pool right in the heart of Harrison offering everyone - tourists and residents alike - the opportunity to enjoy the hot spring waters.

I called to book a package for Christmas for 2 nights. I was advised a price of $739 for 2 adults and $821 for 2 adults and a baby 2 years old. I asked why there is a charge that high for a small baby. The guy who answered my phone asked if my baby eats. If my baby eats,...

I have recently stayed at the resort for two nights. We have checked in around 5pm and the front office agent was very friendly. She gave us two bands for the hot spring pool and advised us to throw it away if it gets wet and come back to get the new ones. Hot spring pools are really well maintained...
