Our hotel room was very clean and well laid out. Super comfy bed! Fantastic Huevos Rancheros and Eggs Benny in The Old Fork restaurant. Lovely service staff. The front desk staff very very knowledgeable about the area and offered many adventures to consider. Great prices. Great location to the downtown core and other great amenities.

Excellent staff- great rooms, quiet - nice court yard and good pub attached.. People and rooms a relief!!!! The island is a mad house in the summer- but the green court yard is a definite barrier to the insanity of the cars and traffic... Trip advisor you are a pain- that's all I got-quit asking for more

We've stayed here a couple times now and it's our go-to hotel in Duncan. Clean, updated rooms with a friendly staff. There's been a couple occasions where staff has gone above and beyond to make sure we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and for this reason they have earned our loyalty. Based on our experience, I definitely recommend this hotel!

It is a walk up hotel and we were not aware of that in advance. But, the bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. The room was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. It is also right across the street from shopping, so very convenient.

We chose to upgrade to a family room as we were traveling with our dog. Nice big clean room with unexpected kitchenette that was well stocked. It even had a kettle which you don't usually find. Shower was very good. A nicer area for dog walking would be appreciated as there really was only the parking lot.

A nice property, good staff and very helpful. It's sort of motel style, but it's all laid out well. The rooms are a good size, nicely updated...clean and fresh. Every thing you need is there...and there are two restaurants on the property
