The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.. It was raining and my husband uses a cane. We didn't requested a ground floor room, but it would have been better that climbing...

Great beds, great staff, I cant really say anything bad for the price we paid which was just over $100. This is a 3 star hotel and very comfortable stay. We will stay here again.

The staff that helped organize the party in the meeting rooms were great. Mary was the main contact, and made the whole process super easy. The actual day of the event was perfect. The food was good, Servers were great at helping with our every need including a highchair for my grandson.

Great location, nice room, comfortable beds, but noisy air conditioner. It's hard to choose and switch TV channel. Staff was polite. Being the first-time visitor there, I would feel more welcome if they could offer some information about on-site service or restaurants, etc. Overall, it was a good experience.

When I checked into the Ramada I was immediately required to authorize a $200 block on my credit card. This was an obvious attempt to have us use their restaurant and bar facilities. What they did not tell me was that they unilaterally converted from CAD to USD using a higher conversion rate (credit card rate was roughly 77% vs...
