I found the staff at front desk very good. They gave me a very good rate, when they found out I was staying in Duncan because I had traveled there to attend two Hockey games my grandson was playing at the Shawnigan Lake School Academy.

Love this place, it is pet friendly (cats also) which is sometimes hard to find. Tinkerbell was very welcome there and for only a $10.00 charge. All the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. All doors open to the outside and your car can be parked outside your door downstairs and lots of parking at the bottom of the stairs...

I appreciated the friendly and competent service of the staff. The food was excellent but a little slow due to the volume of clients.in the restuarant . The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.. It was raining and my husband uses a cane. We didn't requested a ground floor room, but it would have been better that climbing...

The staff that helped organize the party in the meeting rooms were great. Mary was the main contact, and made the whole process super easy. The actual day of the event was perfect. The food was good, Servers were great at helping with our every need including a highchair for my grandson.
