The hotel is not a historic building but fits well with the Dawson City architectural style. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had an interesting layout, with a twin bed tucked around the corner, perfect for our 9-year old son. Wireless internet connection worked flawlessly. Artwork on the walls was lovely. Overall a very positive experience.

Centrally located with a very convenient restaurant attached, this is a delightfully quiet and clean little place. Big rooms & big beds give you a place to warm up after a day out in the cold, and the food downstairs is quite good.

A modern hotel built in the vernacular Dawson style. Bright inside and out, plenty of light in the clean comfortable rooms. Off the reception area there is a kitchen area with complimentary coffee etc. Plenty of comfortable seating scattered around here too. The restaurant leads off the reception and serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Usual large portions, so beware (it's...

This was a nice, clean, comfortable hotel room, with private bath and double bed. Check in was easy and fast. There was a flat screen tv with enough channels to keep me interested, a desk and chair, coffee maker, a comfortable bed, shower stall, and toiletries. The room was warm and very comfortable, a great place to stage for my...

The Aurora Inn is a friendly, clean and comfortable option in historic Dawson City. It would definitely be my choice should I return. The place is uncluttered and well decorated with artwork produced by one of the owners. When you first walk in expecting a hotel lobby you are greeted with a large kitchen and dining area and a small...

We stayed at the Aurora Inn as a part of a package with the Northern Lights Resort in Whitehorse (see separate review). Paul and Priska’s hospitality was second to none, outstanding. We had room 9 at the front of the Inn with views over Dawson City Streets and on one night of our stay we saw the northern lights from...

Well run, well organised, great staff under Paul & Pliska, always ready to offer help or advice. The Inn is always clean & tidy with a good restaurant for evening meals. Stayed from 28th Aug for 5 nights. My 6th trip to the Yukon was superb & look to return again in the future.

Stayed for 4 nights in September. The inn is comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful and attentive to detail. They can provide information on where to hike to places to eat to the Aurora Borealis forecast for the evening. The inn is shoeless because of the dusty or muddy streets of Dawson City, but they provide you with "crocks"...

We went on our first trip to the Yukon from Sept 3 - 12, 2016. This little Inn is a dream for the every day traveller. It is incredibly clean (you must take your shoes off at the front door), and very warm & friendly. The rooms are fairly large and provide all the necessities for the weary traveller...nothing fancy,...
