From the moment you drive up the long, wooded, and winding driveway (go slow and enjoy it) you start to feel you are someplace special. Then you walk in the front door of this mini mansion and you know it. And just in case you are not quite convinced when you check into your beautiful room it will remove any...

Although this wasn't a long trip for us, it truly felt like we were far away from home on the prairies. The southern-style house, the towering trees, and the beautiful gardens took us far from southern Alberta. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by our host who showed us to our room and took care to meet our needs. After...

My partner and I were driving across Canada and had to stop in Lethbridge late one night to get some sleep. We were greeted in very short notice, which was nice, and went straight to bed. The next day, we woke up to the worse breakfast ever. -Keurig make-it-yourself hyper-polluting coffee pods -Plain fruit -2 dry leftover muffins : 1...

We had the pleasure is staying in the Queen Suite. My husband and I stayed in one room and my mother in law in the other. We didn't need the third room so that was left vacant. The rooms and the entire premises were as beautiful as the photos. Our hostess was helpful and had a wonderful breakfast laid out...

I love staying in old houses that have some soul and spirit, The Norland was just such a place. But even more than that was the owners who made us feel like we were at home and part of the family. The grounds are immaculately kept and the room was super nice. Our room even had a washer/dryer which came...

drove up the tunnel created be the carapace of the 100 yr old trees which populate the entire estate. Although I was in lethbridge for business it felt as though I was on a mini holiday. What a great place for a romantic getaway, wedding, family reunion or anniversary. I made the mistake of lying on the bed after I...

This place is pure magic, sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the City. The facilities takes you back in time to an elegant era. The staff are top notch and the grounds bring peace to ones soul. I recommend this place to anyone looking for rest and refreshing.

My daughter and I were travelling to Lethbridge for her dance festival and we needed somewhere to stay for four nights. Everyone else was staying at hotels but we wanted the ability to go somewhere quiet at the end of the day and we always love a good B&B! The Norland did not disappoint and my only wish is that...

As previous reviews have said this is a fantastic B&B set on the outskirts of the town so if you do want to go into town you do need to drive but it is so worth it. Our room was beautiful with a garden view, high quality bed linen and fluffy towels Karen and her husband are delightful hosts and...

We don't generally do Bed and Breakfasts, but if this is anything to go by we shall do it again. The Norland is a beautifully restored 1910 mansion, with a park like setting. Our room was very nice and very comfortable, the ensuite bathroom very nicely appointed and with a heated floor! There was plenty of room to organise your...
