The lobby and the restaurant/bar areas are quite nice but that's unfortunately where it ends. Our room was on the second floor and overlooked the poorly maintained roof space. The kettle and coffee machine had to be moved to the other side of the room as there was no power point where they were situated. The room was decorated in...

The hotel is very well appointed, staff always helpful, near enough to walk to village, far enough out to regularly see Mule Deer, Elk. In fact there was one got between the outside and inside door when I was there, soon sorted. Didn't eat here went to Tonquin and various others, but the menu looked nice. Have stayed here 5...

Our room was booked as part of a package. When we arrived late the hotel was kind enough to pay for our taxi to their establishment. The rooms were clean, but dated. The beds were double sized and hard. Our romantic getaway was not helped by us needing to sleep in different beds due to the size and just how...

Dear Aelfwynn, Thank you for your review and I am sorry your stay was not as enjoyable as it should have been. You will be happy to learn that we will be replacing the beds in almost half the rooms very soon. Along with the new beds in 30 of our rooms last year almost the whole hotel will have...

this hotel is average. It's a bit dated, blankets and tufted carpet etc. there is a coffee machine, but cardboard cups and no proper glasses in bathroom. Bathroom quite small, shower effective. Breakfast limited and service casual. Either cold buffet or hot buffet. Neither bad, but not more than adequate. Just not quite the standard we expected from our tour....

Were allocated a premier suite. Clean, spacious main room and bathroom. Aircon just about coped. One lift being repaired during stay so a bit of a trek to other lifts. Staff all helpful and polite. 10 minute stroll to shops, bar, bakery etc. plenty of parking.

Arrived early evening and allocated rooms. Lift out of action so had to cart own cases up some step to lift at back of hotel. Rooms spacious but had quite a musty smell about them. The armchairs would have benefited from a good clean and whilst sitting in one chair I noticed the amount of dust on the rungs of...

A mixed bag? The room was very clean and spacious. It would sleep 4 and there is just about enough storage space. Iron and ironing board plus hair dryer and the complimentary toiletries were above the norm. Three floors and two lifts (but one currently out of action). Sleep quality was good and the room was really warm - we...

We stayed 2 nights here as part of a tour, the room was ok, 2 doubles, bathroom small but adequate. Ground floor room which looked onto the parking lot, however we were still visited by elk each morning Breakfast was a good price but they seem to bring a bill for full buffet even if you choose the cheaper option...

i spent 3 nights in Jasper, the hotel was a little dated (but not yet historic) for my liking, but clean, spacious and function-able. there was a fridge in the room. Its about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town (nice easy pace and flat), lots of places to eat in town, but some where over priced. hotel staff...
