Great lodge, friendly staff, enormous room with all the things you could possibly think of needing and then some. We had a room with a very nice bathroom and clean, modern kitchen. It was a welcome surprise after a long drive. The reception is open 24 hours a day, breakfast is at 6, the indoor pool is open until 10...

We decided on a whim to travel home through Jasper instead of Banff, and found the Marmot Lodge had accommodations. We selected the family suite so we had room for everyone, and was informed that it was available at a 25% discount. However, this small (albeit nicely renovated -- check out the cool retro art in the rooms!) suite would...

An okay place that is fife loong blocks from city center. Maybe seven. City Center is two blocks long and two blocks wide. In those four square blocks are sobe good and some less good restaurants. The lodge has its own ersatz restaurant (see review). The motel is okay, but our room did not get made up until 4:30 PM. They...

When we arrived in Jasper we found Marmot Lodge on the outskirts of the town. The reception staff immediately made us feel welcome. Our room was on the upper floor and was clean, fresh and well equipped. The only thing that let it down was the decor and furniture on the balcony was was shabby. However, the room was immaculate;...

Spent a night in the hotel during our tour to Banff-Jasper in May'15. The hotel is located close to the Centre, on the main street and everything was a walk-able distance. The hotel is well spread out, with all basic facilities, well trained and courteous staff, and a restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner. Enjoyed every moment of our stay in...

Hotel is located at the entrance of jasper when you come from the east, direction Edmonton. It has a friendly appearance. The rooms are ok, although a bit outdated. Check in is possible from 4 pm, which is quite late. Our room was very warm, and air co was hardly working, horrible . Wifi is working fine and is free....

Hello Eric L Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are having an unseasonably warm year to date and apologize if the A/C was not properly functioning in your room. Over the past 3 years we have renovated over half of our property, including a large upgrade to our Wifi, and look forward to upgrading additional...

The rooms at the Marmot Lodge have a sitting room, well equipped kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom and the kitchenette appeared to be more up to date than the rest of the room where the furniture and carpets were showing signs of their age. Laundry facilities available to allow you to do your own laundry. Some noise from nearby...

Stayed here for a couple of nights with 7 friends. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were all really helpful and friendly helping us make the most of our stay. The adjoining steakhouse was decent although we did have a problem with our evening meal that eventually was resolved by the duty manager. All in all the hotel was excellent...

Jasper is beautiful but the hotels are very pricey. The hotel room we had was nice but for $250 before tax it is overpriced but then so are all of the hotels that we checked out. It is clean and comfortable. We had a buffet breakfast in the restaurant which was just average at best. I think because we came...
