I was leary of just booking this hotel randomly but it is the only choice hotel that is downtown. I was very happy with my choice! The staff at check in were so sweet and the location is really safe, they even require you to swipe your key to get on the elevator. I had a room on the top...

The pool facilities are so outdated it's embarrassing. The Chinese restaurant downstairs is disgusting. They wanted to charge me for extra packets of soya sauce when I was a hotel guest. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and am happy to be checking in to a new hotel tomorrow!

Although the beds are a bit hard I would use the Comfort Inn and suits again if it was for a few days. We had access to our room from the outside making it easy to load and unload our baggage. Staff wad friendly and helpful with info to get to where we wanted to go.

My husband & I booked this location as it was near Rogers Place Arena for the Garth Brooks concert. The price was very reasonable and breakfast was included. The room was very large & clean. Hotel is older but I was impressed with the cleanliness, comfortable bed & spacious room. Our room was quiet. We didn't notice any road noise...

Needs serious updating. Outside noise makes it hard to sleep. Our room was very cold and the thermostat was locked in the room. I refused to give my credit card for pre- authorization and was charged $300 deposit for a $130 room I had already paid cash for. Any hotel I paid a preauthorization on credit card never had my...

I booked this hotel based on recommendations online ratings. The staff was helpful and friendly. Upon entering lobby, I felt like the place needed serious updating. Rooms were clean however quite cold when I arrived. I was told I could heat it up by turning on the heating unit. Location was good. Exercise room had older equipment. Overall, decent, good...

You get what you pay for. Don't expect a high end hotel and so be prepared. The lobby area is newly renovated and looks nice. The desk attendants are nice and help check you in quickly. If you are looking to park at the hotel it is an additional $15 a day. You will also get WIFI codes at the...

Great downtown hotel. Friendly staff and a really good breakfast. Coffee in the lobby was awesome! Quiet clean rooms. Pool and hot tub were crystal clear and very clean. Walking distance to downtown. Would defiantly stay again if we were staying downtown.
