Stayed there for one night. Hotel has been recently renovated. Staff were pleasant, rooms were clean, and had all the necessities. Only negatives were strong smell of chlorine in the lobby when we first got there, doors seem to slam shut due to the auto closing thing, and my access card stopped working and had to be reprogrammed. Other than...

Great, clean hotel. Close to enough to mall and shopping centres. Quiet location for a big city. Rooms were clean and housekeeping did a fantastic job. Perfect pool for children and the water slide is great for kids too. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay there for next trip.

Fantastic place to stay. Nice room with an air conditioner that doesn't sound exactly opposite of a jet engine, on the other hand the wifi most definitely is exactly opposite. The Smitty's restaurant attached takes your breath away. Always great to be the vibrant city of Edmonton.

This is not a grand hotel but it is equally not expensive. It is situated in a sort of trading estate area. However it was also better than I expected for a 2 star hotel. The lobby has an overwhelming smell of chlorine as you enter but that is because the pool is situated off this area. It is all...

Third time staying at this hotel. It's not the Ritz but it's also not priced that way. The rooms are priced at a great value! There has been lots of renovations, it is clean close to lots of activities and shopping. The outdoor courtyard is a great place for small kids to burn off some energy for a few minutes....

Very clean and accommodating for an older hotel. Recently updated and rooms though smaller were perfect as would be expected in a lower priced budget hotel. Elevator seemed a bit "shaky" but got us to top floor numerous times. No breakfast but did have Kuerig coffee maker in room. Close to largest shopping mall in area and a quick trip...

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel again. I was I. What they considered an updated room however it was no where near as nice as the last time I stayed. Beds were very firm and you could tell it was outdated. However it was clean and maid service was great. The pool and hot tub area was...
