The beautiful conference center was set up very tastefully for an Easter brunch. Live Piano music played in the background. Tables were set up with white linen and lovely crystal. The Buffet was in three parts, Main foods, Fruits and breads and danishes, and desserts/ Excellent staff supplied copious amounts of good juices, water, and coffee/ The food was constantly...

I recently stayed here for three nights because my sister had medical bed rest (pregnacy complications) and needed to be near the hospital in case anything went wrong. The rooms were disgustingly dirty. The bedding had what looked like pizza stains on it and the carpets were full of dust and lint. The walls were cracking and the furniture was...

The hotel staff was friendly. What I loved about the room was the hardwood floors, the double sinks, included buffet breakfast, and very quiet nights. What I didn't love about it was that the management did not deem it necessary to turn on the air conditioning, and our room was over 23C most of the night, even with window open...

I stayed at this hotel because a conference I was attending was being held there. I was there only one night and was sharing the room with a friend. She had a shower at night. She related how as she was showering she realized the water was pooling at her feet. Turns out, the drain was blocked by hair -...

We had a lovely time here. Reasonably standard hotel room. Good service. The best part was the breakfast, which was maybe the best complimentary breakfast buffet that I have had. Good value for the price compared to the surrounding area.

We had plumbing issues in one of our sinks, there was black water filling the sink. I phoned down to ask the front desk if they could have someone look at it they said they didn't have any maintenance on but their night guy would come have a look. He tried to plunge it for about 15 min. and made...

Their was blood in the bed when I went to get into bed...disgusting. Couldn't sleep after that. Bathroom floor was gross and could of been cleaned better. Supper and breakfast were really good but that was the only positive.

It's an older building, but rooms are very nicely updated with hardwood floors and character furnishings. The HVAC isn't great and rooms tend to be a bit warm in winter, even if you open the windows. A little traffic noise in the morning if you face towards the avenue. The restaurant provides great food, free breakfast buffet, free parking, free...

Stayed at the Chateau Louis for one night. Brenda at check in was very nice and accommodating as we had a bit of an early check in. Hotel was clean. Room was decent, good bedding. Bed was firm but comfortable. Bathroom was nice but small. Lighting was not the best for getting ready or putting on make up. The only...

We stayed in a King room after attending our corporate Holiday party at the conference facility. The room was nice. It was very clean and very quiet. The room had a mini fridge and a small Keurig single coffee machine. My only suggestion is that it have a microwave too. The breakfast buffet was quite nice and the staff were...
