We often stay here when we come into town. Great location, comfy beds, concierge floor is wonderful, staff are friendly. Feels like home. The revolving restaurant is outstanding. We always get our room with a view of the river valley, beautiful in any season. Thank you to the staff who always make our stay wonderful.

I will share the good, the bad and the ugly. First...there is no ugly. yay! This obvioulsy an oldeer hotel that has and is under renovation to update it. The room we have, a king size bed, is modern looking but not all that big. There is NO a/c in here. And its hot as heck. They have a floor...

Went for work and I have stayed at this hotel in the past! I stayed on the 14th floor and had such a beautiful view of the river. I really and truly had a great sleep and loved the king size bed (so much so that I should have looked at what brand of bed). The rooms are just slightly...

Thank you for your delightful review of the Chateau Lacombe Hotel! We too cannot get enough of the amazing view. Did you know that we are home to La Ronde, the city’s only revolving restaurant? 88 minutes for 360 degree views of our lovely city. Definitely romantic and special with memorable moments created daily. We look forward to welcoming you...

Stayed here for a convention in October. The service itself was great. but there are some improvements that need to be done before I'd stay there again. This is just off Jasper and there are some sketchy people out front. In fact right on the corner of the road there was a couple of homeless people set up with tarps....

Old rooms and hotel which needs some new age touch to it. The rooms are comfortable and clean. But the windows are single walled and thin. The hotel itself is in good location, and has a nice view of the bow valley and the conservatory (depending on your room). Unfortunately we had a room that looked into the nearby apartment...

We stayed here one night and dinner at the LaRonde and Collin the server, were excellent. However, it goes downhill after that. Having to pay for parking with a $150 room is ridiculous. If you used a booking engine (such as this) the service you receive is different. You aren't offered the parking or breakfast package and they won't let...

Be sure to book a package that includes breakfast, otherwise the excellent breakfast buffet costs $20. My wife and I enjoyed our three-day stay, maybe especially for the magnificent view of the North Saskatchewan River valley, alive with autumn colors when we were there. The location is ideal, an easy walk to malls, movies, provincial legislature, the streetcar to Old...

I've stayed a couple of times in this hotel and it is decreasing terribly in service quality. Receptionists forgets what clients tells them plus are being insensitive and cold.
