Outstanding service during a very busy week. Staff was very willing to help and extremely friendly. The Arts location is right in the center of all the activity. It is a great place to stay for business or fun.

We stayed at the hotel on 2 separate occasions in July. The first was for 5 nights and the second a week later for 4 nights. The hotel is very clean and extremely friendly. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were good with a large bed, flat screen TV and air...

The Hotel staff are very courteous and accommodating. The rooms were clean , but had no real wow factor to them. The Stampede grounds are extremely accessible from hotel with a short 5 block walk. The restaurant breakfast buffet at $24 was over priced and seemed not to be well stocked on basic breakfast essentials. The restaurant servers were very courteous and made...

Downtown Calgary. Walking distance to the Cowboys Casino and Cowboys Stampede tent. Also close to the Saddledome. Close to several restaraunts and food choices. Starbucks right around the corner. Really modern hotel. The lobby is nice and the staff is friendly. It appears to be a polished up older building. The beds were comfortable. The room was not quite as...

I stayed here for three nights around the Calgary Stampede. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. The hotel is within walking distance from the grounds, the beds are comfortable, the shower was great, and the staff was friendly. The wifi could have been better and the gym was a bit below expectations, but if you...

We usually have great service and prices are normally good. However during the stampede the price of the room is crazy high and our service was poor. We were very disappointed on this stay. If your going to increase your price you should increase your service.

For $358 CAD / night, I expected better. Yes, the hotel was nice, the room spacious, the location was good for the Stampede (but we used our car anyway instead of walking because we had reserved parking included in the Parade Day Kick-Off Package), But I wouldn't stay there again for those prices. Didn't make use of the amenities because...

The hotel seems to specialise in businesses and conferences, this meant that some evenings the pool area was taken over completely by a big group. The modern art work everywhere was fantastic. The hotel is within walking distance of the main shopping street, restaurant area and within easy reach of the Calgary tower.

Outdoor Pool is a must during the summer months. Raw bar is my favourite restaurant to dine in the whole city. You need to check out the Friday specials - 99 cent oysters and 4.99 prosecco! The beds are the most comfortable beds i have EVER slept in. Location - Walking distance to Stephen Ave, Train station and 17th. Staff...
