Sheer curtains allow light to come into room from next hotel. Paper thin walls that allowed me to hear the next room's conversations. I was assured that I was booked in a quiet area of the hotel. Dirty carpet and one lamp didn't work. No coffee maker in room "due to covid". Fresh coffee at desk "24/7" but only 2 pots are made per day. Thanks, but no thanks. I won't be back.
We only stayed one night. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Pillows and bed were comfy. Due to covid, you have to ask for a hair dryer at the front desk. Wifi was good, fridge in room. The pool was open but the hot tub was closed. Parking was easy. We walked to Big T’s BBQ for a very good dinner.
First responder needing a Vacation, live in Calgary but needed to pretend I was away. Staff were very nice nd friendly , helpful. Room was nice and clean, quiet and close to elevator. only 2 problems I had out of my 5 day stay was phone didn't work , they come up and replaced it right away , and my key card wouldn't work, desk lady come up herself and gave me a new one , end of my problems. Pool was nice, love my pool time !! unfortunately because of Covid precautions only 1 hour per room per day was allowed, why I went on weekdays, figured there'd be less people in the hotel, maybe I could get more slots , and I did 😁 hotel was across the street from the C-train station, so very convenient ! and another unfortunate victim of the virus is no hot breakfasts were offered but out of their control, they offered a bagged breakfast of muffin etc (but I didn't ever go for that). I'll definitely go again hopefully all things will be back to normal by then , especially the Hot tub working (darn Covid) Thank you to the staff for making my stay relaxing and a great break that I REALLY needed ! stay safe & be well !…
Most welcoming and hospitable staf I've stayed with. Girls with real love and concern for their job, was refreshing to see their joy. Rooms were clean, tidy and up to date and the gym and pool were fantastic. Great value for money and would highly recommend if your visiting Calgary. Especially as the train station is directly ooposite the hotel. A Big thank you and Blessings to Tanya, Kym, Danielle and the rest of the staf at Comfort Inn for making my stay extra special.
This is an amazing hotel to stay ! They staff are exceptionally understanding. The cleanliness of the rooms is outstanding and your requests are met with great approval and comfort. Honestly this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in ❤️!!!
