Stayed here for three nights to go to Spruce Meadows. Price was fair and only a 20 min drive to where we needed to be. The hotel is nice and rooms updated except our rooms air conditioning. It had low medium and high settings and high was not very cold at all. It was a very warm room and we...

I do a lot of business travel to Calgary and would not consider anywhere else- Awesome - travel frequently and by far my favorite place - Nice, clean, and staff are unbelievable. Have stayed at supposedly more upscale places in Calgary but Blackfoot wins in every category- and as a bonus the food is just as good as everything else

Just spent over a week at this property and enjoyed every minute. My room was within a section of the hotel that obviously had just been remodeled. Remodeled indeed! Every aspect was perfect. The bathroom and fixtures were a room highlight with rainshower shower head, hand held sprayer, and close up mirror over sink for shaving or makeup. The room...

ronjohn007: Thanks for your extremely positive comments! It is nice to hear that some of the ongoing efforts at the hotel are hitting the mark. We are about to embark on a renovation to the exterior of the hotel and the main entrance that hopefully will help address the 'wow factor' when you arrive at, and enter the hotel. I...

This is the second time I have stayed here and it was wonderful! The Hotel is located well- with easy access to major freeways. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I will stay here every time I am in Calgary. I would recommend getting a room on an Executive floor as the there a few added perks...

We have stayed at the Hotel Blackfoot several times now and every time we have a great stay....beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean. We purchased the breakfast option this time with our room and it was awesome! Prices in the restaurant are quite high for anyone on a budget. Food was great, it's a good thing we had vouchers....Love...

At first, I was a bit hesitant about this hotel due to the price - it was about $200/night with tax for a king bed, which is more than what I'm used to paying (I usually aim for the $110-150 range). However, I opted in for the breakfast vouchers - you pay $10 more per night & get up to...

the_legasy: Thank you for your comments. We have put a lot of time and attention into the décor, amenities and service on the seventh floor (Summit floor) of the hotel. It is nice to hear that we are hitting the target of what we are trying to achieve. I am disappointed to hear about the service level you experienced in...

No complaints! The staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Our room was clean, comfortable and enough room for the 4 of us. Didn't get a chance to use the gym but it looked nice from what I saw. The pool was also a good size the staff had put towels on all the chairs...

The Blackfoot is a business hotel that works well for fishermen and other outdoor enthusiasts. It's near major intersections for travel both into town and toward outlying areas. Our room was comfortable, with many thoughtful touches like makeup mirror and decaf as well as caffeinated coffee options. The bed was very comfortable. 6 am breakfast possibility was much appreciated for...
