Do not stay here if you can find somewhere else! I was in the process of moving and on a 4,000 mile drive with a 26' Uhaul truck towing my vehicle when I decided to book this hotel. Upon arriving I could not fit in there garage obviously, so they told me I could park across the street in another...

However, we are able to arrange oversized parking ahead of time if given advanced notice to find alternate parking...

This hotel has definitely been created to support the University's conferencing trade. The rooms are very small, functional, but clean. There is so limited space in the room it was hard to find somewhere to open my suitcase - I had to settle for in front of the door, which was probably a bit of a fire hazard. Probably the...

At 4am prior to my journey to the Alma Hotel, my wife was being loaded into an air ambulance following a serious stroke 400kms from Calgary. One of the attending paramedics suggested I try staying at Hotel Alma in Calgary, because it was close to the hospital and accommodation would be at a premium in Calgary during the Stampede. The...

I stayed at Hotel Alma for a conference, so I got a conference rate, which still ended up being around $100/night (USD). For this price tag, the Hyatt Place is way more comfortable. I had a Euro room, which was pretty tiny. No sitting area, no closet...just a room with your bed, an arm chair, a desk, a TV mounted...

Great little hotel located on the University of Calgary campus. The staff are superb, the accommodations are delightfully clean, comfortable and simple. Small bistro downstairs serves continental breakfast buffet; simple lunch and dinner; has a bar. I loved this place! And your fellow guests are from all over the world.

Great hotel. Super clean room. Walk in shower with seat was greatly appreciated, as well as the handicapped parking in front of the hotel. The location was perfect. A lovely venue for a wedding. Will definitely stay here again.
