We were staying in lake Louise for a week while visiting our daughter. The location was good- close to the lake. The suite we stayed in had everything we needed and was kept spotlessly clean. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and I...More

It snowed during our visit, but the lodge was nice and cosy with a fire. However, the bathroom was so cold. There was a heater, but it needed to run for an hour before the room was pleasant to use. There were no surfaces to...More

We stayed 2 nights and were very happy with our accomodations. The room was modern but rustic. The staff was very nice, we enjoyed the snacks and coffee that were available in the lobby. The only thing I was diappointed in was the exact location....More

No, as previous comments have confirmed, there is no air-con in the Saddle Back suites. However, we wouldn't have needed it anyway. We were there in June and it was still quite cool at night. Enjoy your stay. We loved it!
