We stayed in a Wilson cabin for two people. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Plates, mugs, bowls, casserole dish are all supplied. Everything you could want except a bathtub, perhaps, but appreciate that space is an issue.

Yes, the Outpost (pub at the far end of the Post Hotel) is good.
Get there early to avoid the crowd. I haven't tried the deli at the Chateau, but the restaurants I've tried there were mediocre and expensive.
