We stayed three nights at this hotel last august. Immediately we felt very welcome and they gave us a nice room upgrade. Huge, clean room, excellent bedding, laptopsafe and great wifi. We went to the restaurant twice for dinner and both times we've got very good value for our money. Location very good, a 10 minute walk to downtown Banff....

Stayed for three nights as part of a trans-Canada tour. Reception staff really helpful and friendly, room comfortable and for all those people who judge a hotel by how good the wi-fi is you will love this one, very good wi-fi signal. Didn't use the bar or public rooms. Breakfast buffet was rather limited for the price, but understandable as...

Spacious room, friendly helpful staff. You can walk into the town centre in 10 minutes but there are other good restaurants closer. Banff can be very hectic so it was nice to have a quieter location. Spent 3 nights here which gave us time to view Banff and the surrounding attractions. Arrived early but was allowed to check in.

We stayed here for three nights as part of our Canadian coach tour of the Rockies. Arriving late around midnight due to delays at Heathrow the front desk was a little overwhelmed but still friendly. We were given a ground floor room but awoke the next morning to a great view of the Rockies beyond. The room was spacious well...

Desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Underground parking on site. Most everything in town is withing walking distance so you can just park and go. Rooms are spacious with a large tv. Could use a few more outlets for computers, etc. We had an end room -complete quiet. Ventilation system is a bit noisy but doesn't cycle on and off every...

Banff is a lovely Rockies town and the Rundlestone Lodge was an ideal place for our 3 night stay. From the moment you walk in, with the log fire roaring in the lobby, you are made to feel welcome by the very friendly staff. Check in was very straight forward and when we got to our room we were very...

My wife and I stayed here in late August for just one night on a bus tour of the Canadian Rockies. Since we hadn't made the reservation ourselves, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room...we were on the third floor where we had a vaulted ceiling and a very comfortable bed. The big surprise, however, was the...

The room was fine, clean with mini fridge , microwave, and coffee maker. We also had a DVD player and the front desk loans DVD's free of charge. The hotel has a restaurant on site ( not all do in Banff). People were very friendly, check-in was easy. Parking is in an underground garage. Maneuvering to get in and out...

Very nice hotel ,good big bed rooms and very clean. Close to the centre of Banff and close to some very good restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is good but we found the cooked breakfast was just ok. We'll worth a stay.
