This is a very quiet place to stay just around the corner from Downtown. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The staff are all young and friendly. Breakfast is simple, but adequate. They also have bear spray on hand too if you run out!

We only stayed 1 night on our way to Kelowna from Calgary. The Inn is quaint, the room was spacious and clean and the greeting and check in were warm, quick and friendly. Breakfast was fine but the addition of some hot items, bacon, sausage and/or eggs would make it a more satisfying beginning of the day meal. Price was...

Banff is expensive but we really felt that is was a rip off. We had a tiny room that felt like a 30dollar hostel. There was nothing wrong with it but not for that price. Breakfast was good but again for this price level you would expect more. I wouldn't stay there again and nor I would recommend it to...

The inn is just 4-5 blocks from the main area on Banff Ave, quiet area. We stayed in room 9 of the Coach House- very large, comfortable (firm) king bed with lots of pillows (soft and firm). Small clean bathroom but two sinks, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Table and chairs with small refrigerator by the entry area. Very comfortable...

We liked the location but felt it was overpriced. We had 3 nights in the lodge opposite the main house. Badly designed, our room was huge and yet the bathroom tiny, with the shower curtain practically draping over the toilet. The furnishings were basic and it had the feel of a hostel rather than a 'boutique' inn. A plus point...

Stayed in king room in June. Great location within walking distance to trails, horse stables and downtown. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast had good selection and good food. Highly recommend.

We had three nights here and were made very welcome by the team. The standard of cleanliness throughout the property was very high. The lounge was good and tea, coffee was available throughout the day. It's a short walk into the town so you could leave the car behind and not have the worry of parking. The season hadn't started...

We recently stayed at the Banff boutique and had a wonderful time. The staff was awesome!!! They helped us plan different hikes for each day we were there. They are an easy walk to town, cave & basin, bow river falls. I would highly recommend walking from the B&B to hike up tunnel mountain. The accommodations were fine and the...

I have stayed in a number of hotels in the Bow Valley over the years and this was my favorite hotel by far. I used to live in Banff and was not familiar with this property before staying at but my wife said it looked good so off we went. First I love the location. Many of Banff affordable hotels...

This was truly a great find! The rooms are comfortable (13 rooms total), and the inn is well-situated with a great view of snow-capped mountains. It is close to Banff (downtown), the Cave and Basin, Sulfur Pools, and wonderful hiking and sightseeing possibilities. An ample breakfast was included as well. The owners are extremely cordial, and there is a 'laid'back'...
