The hotel had clean sheets and was fairly quiet and was one of the more affordable places in Banff. That being said, I was expecting a different style, a more modern style. It was more like a motel because the doors were open to the inside area with pool and hot tub and had a 70s/80s outdated vibe. I didn't...

Hello Traveler0339, Thank you very much for your review. It is unfortunate to hear that you felt an outdated vibe to the hotel. Although we have not completely redesigned the construction of the hotel we do try to have a modern decor throughout the hotel. We are constantly redesigning the rooms and adding or replacing furnishings. We are very glad...

Stayed for recent 1 week ski trip really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We had a Superior room on third floor with 2 Queen beds. Our room was located towards end of the outdoor courtyard on the backside, so we did not hear any street noise or foot traffic from other guests walking in the corridor. The noise level between...

Stayed for a week whilst skiing Lake Louise. Hotel is great, we had a huge room with king bed and two single beds, so plenty storage. Very clean. Spa pool, steam and sauna excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was OK, not many veggie options however we brought some of our own fresh fruit and vegetables to breakfast...

When I checked in Rodney who was working the front desk met all my requests and they were many to be sure. He was also very polite, kind and professional. I wish more hotels had agents like him! I got extra pillows, a wake up call, directions within the hotel from him and outside of town and around town, channel...

Every time I go to Banff I tend to try a different hotel as I have yet to find one that really "inspires" me. Judging by the reviews on here and the pictures as well as the price, I thought this may finally be my Banff hotel. Unfortunately, that was not the case with the Banff Aspen Lodge. The room...

Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate to hear that we were unable to be your hotel of choice in Banff. We do pride ourselves on offering a great stay that includes everything a guest would want, from lovely outdoor hot tubs to a filling and warm breakfast in the morning. The clogged tub drain and the fan rattling...

We stayed at the Banff Aspen Lodge for a ski holiday over Christmas and New Year. The location was great, close to town and to the ski shuttle stop. Breakfast was included and was fairly varied, even though we stayed for 11 nights. Compared to America, rooms are not massive. We had an upgrade to a superior room but the...

Thank you very much for your review. We are happy that you came to enjoy your holiday time with us in Banff. It was a very cold Christmas this year, keeping the hot air in and the cold air out was definitely a priority. We appreciate the feedback regarding the bed sheets and it is our housekeeping managers top priority....

We stayed here at the end of October and had a fabulous stay. Hot tubs were fab, breakfast was lovely ( the best granola ever!), breakfast staff great and location brilliant. Room was fine for the price, the only niggle was the lack of wardrobe space- if we had been staying for a week it would have been a challenge!

Although the hotel was in a great location, breakfast was good and the outdoor hot tubs were a fantastic end to the days in Banff, there were a number of things that let down our stay. After checking in we let reception know that one of our lamps were not working, the other was dangerous and sparking when you turned...

When we arrived at 3:00pm, the room was not ready even though that is the time check ins begin. We had to wait about 10 minutes before we were told the room was ready.
