The staff were super help full and made sure everything went perfect. We had unlimited clear skies and awesome skiing. Facilities are very beautiful and nicely laid out. The view from our balcony was the entire mountain so you won't miss a thing. After the day pounding the moguls, watching the sun fade and a full moon rise over extreme...

I've had a season pass for 11 years now and have stayed at the hill at least once a year for the past 4, always in the Standish loft suites. This year they jacked the price from $360 per night last year to $484 per night which is starting to get close to what the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel charges....

Stayed over the Christmas weekend for two nights. The location and hotel were all top notch. We had loft suites in the new section which were very nice. Fit our family of 5 well, although the loft area was quite cramped to get around the bed and in the bathroom. Skiing was top notch. Biggest issue you will find at...

We have made a couple family vacations to Sunshine Mountain Lodge. The first was a four night stay with our two teenage children in a loft room. On the most recent trip we opted for two deluxe rooms as we had a third young adult staying with us. I love how easy going and chill the staff are about everything....

Hi there, We have now stayed on the hill 3 times and more than once the food service has been very slow. This time again it was very slow. On Jan 05 we eat in the lounge and our food took than 1 hour to come to the table. We spoke to other people that were staying at the hotel...

The resort is starting to look a little worn and although we turned the thermostat down to 13 we still nearly cooked to death at night. The food wasn't teenager friendly so we went for natchos in Trappers. We asked for waters and the server brought tepid glasses with no ice and the natchos were terrible. Not sure how you...

The staff are so kind and accommodating. Allowed me to extend my check out. My luggage was there waiting for me when I arrived at the hotel. Asked for slippers and it was delivered promptly. The stay was amazing and relaxing would come again!

The check in at base of mountain for our two night stay was easy including purchasing of lift tickets. We appreciated having our baggage and ski equipment sent up separately although would do this a little differently next time as it took about two hours for baggage to be delivered to our two rooms. We would have liked to have...

While I have skied Sunshine many times this is the first time that I have stayed over night on the hill. It was pretty chill, the rooms are very nice and the bedding is very good. They could perhaps upgrade the pillows. The service overall was very good. That being said there were issues with the evening meal we had...
