We liked the old menu in the restaurant better than the new one, plus the service was spotty at best. The skiing was great and the room was terrific so that made up for the food. Why so many Australians working at the lodge?

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and professional. I was only disappointed that you no longer serve bison burger and your soup (which I always looked forward to), is now a much smaller serving portion compared to last year. The skiing was fabulous!

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. We'll pass the comment about the soup and the bison burger on to our food and beverage team.

We traveled here from Vermont and stayed for 3 nights. I suggest bringing up a few bottles of wine as once you are up there; there is not general grocery store. The staff were very pleasant and they do you laundry for free (in reasonable amounts) which was a great service for us since we were on a 2 week...

Enjoyed out stay! Loved watching the groomers hit the mountain after the lifts closed for the day. Wonderful view from our room. Had meals in hotel both evenings we were there, one dish was not cooked properly, and waitress immediately returned it to the kitchen for another order. The hostess brought the second order and apologized and didn't charge for...

Very original site with access by gondola. Service was very good and fast. Food and room quality was excellent. Luggage transport from de bottom of the hill to the hotel should be improved. Too much waiting time for our luggages to be available at the lobby of the hotel.

Loved our stay. Only downfall was a very loud group beside us but we didn't even bother complaining. Would definitely stay again, a great experience. Rooms are small but well taken care of. Views were amazing. Staff was great. Food delicious. Will definitely come back.

My wife and I stayed in one of the Assiniboine suites as a treat for Valentines Day. We always go to the best snow in the Rockies at Sunshine to ski and this is the first time we stayed at the Inn and definitely won't be our last. A very nice hotel with outstanding staff. Restaurants are very good also.

This was the third time here for our annual family & friends ski & stay weekend and it was another success. It's nice to stay on the hill & ski from your door. Great food & service at the lodge & at Trappers.

The hotel itself was quite nice, nothing over the top but it had pretty much all we needed. All of the staff were fairly helpful and tried to meet our needs as a family. We were 4 adults and 2 children. The rooms were not very big but cozy. 2 things I wish the rooms had were laundry and a...

Fabulous location with world class facility on top of a mountain. Great service and great value. Awesome to ski right from your front door. Great for families or go alone you won't be disappointed. Get more skiing in and park right at the gondola.
