I have stayed here a few times over the past 3 years so this review is based on those cumulative experiences. I've stayed in both pet-friendly and regular rooms. Rooms - Superior Mountain View room is hit and miss. I've had everything from unobstructed to a partial view on my last visit. Wi-Fi is free but cuts out. TV software...

Well its Banff so the View out of the room was Amazing. Also being right on the edge of town you get to see a little bit more wildlife. The price is also very nice seeing it is Banff. Now that being said here are a few things that I encountered during my visit. The rooms are very large and...

I stayed in the "Swiss Village" part of the hotel. Long tunnel-like corridors leading to basic, but large and comfortable rooms; the showers had more and hotter water than any I've ever been in, which is pretty awesome after long days of skiing. It turns out that Friday and Saturday were "party night", but hey, whatever. :-)

The hotel may not look much from the outside, but the rooms are quite large and clean. Bathroom was also clean with plenty of hot water. Free heated underground parking and free internet make for a good experience. The hotel restaurant is not great, but ok. The outdoor hot tub was under construction (and will for quite some time we...

I stayed here this past weekend (Feb10th-12th); on a short weekend trip to Canada. Pros: -Very large rooms (we had the 1 bedroom jr suite) -Balcony on the 5th floor in building B has an amazing view of the Mountains and the balcony is incredibly large (would be killer in the summer). -All the buildings are connected by skyways-so you...

We really love the inns of Banff. Decent pricing and the rooms and mediocre. I prefer the king rooms with the stunning views. The rooftop hot tub is unbelievable. Restaurant inside is good and the location is great. Indoor parking is nice is the winter.

We stayed here for 2 nights of skiing and it was ok. Rooms are ok but bathroom could use a little makeover. Left for skiing and they came in and shoveled the fresh snow off our deck. Then they didn't lock the patio door so any neighbor could have climbed over their balcony and gone into our room to steal...

Great stay and service, large clean rooms, and pet friendly comes with dog bed, bowls and a bone! Good location, right in Banff avenue but far enough away from downtown to be quiet. Only downside was the tiny outdated bathroom.
