Honestly, this hotel would have had a 4 star from me, if they just did a little updating. The a/c didn't work, so we had to use the window - which isn't the worst, but as they are right off the main road in Banff, it was a bit loud. The parking structure is a bit tight, but fine and...

This hotel was hard to find even tho sat nav said we were there it was to the right of the end destination. However the underground parking was useful and the end of the street in Banff meant it was quiet at night. We enjoyed the coffees in reception and the balcony for morning air. The room was hot but...

The rooms was clean and we had an amazing view of the Mountains. Close to Downtown bars and restaurants. A bit $$ but everything seems to be a bit more expensive in Banff!!! Well worth a look. Train goes right through town so it is a bit noisy, so I suggest you bring earplugs.

Our suite here was spacious, clean and tidy. It had a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave and a small balcony which gave a view to the mountains which was great. Underground parking was a bonus. The hotel is just a short walk (5 mins) into the main part of town with all the shops bars and restaurants.

My mom and I stayed here on Friday, Sept 30. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel. The location is so convenient. The walk to downtown Banff is about 5 - 10 minutes depending on where you're going. The pool was beautiful (perfect temp) and the hot tubs were so relaxing. The room was huge, as well as the...

Another hotel just outside the city centre we were in room 141 on the ground floor next to Reception which was very convenient. Huge room with 2 Queen beds. We were able to park the car for free directly outside the room window. Like most of the rooms on our trip a little dark and too hot but a very...

Clean, as described, underground parking. Indoor glassed in pool and hot tub all in working order and clean. Advertised as a 2 or 3 star hotel but should be higher.... the reason the score is lower is because of age and some animenaties.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in one of the king rooms. It was a beautiful room the only negative thing i could mention about it was the noise. Our room faced Banff ave and it was pretty noisy at night but other than that we had a great stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

We were there for a few nites during a photography tour with Philip Norman. We found the place to average. The lift is small and does not reach every floor. I had two heavy luguage and had to cart them down a set of stairs. Rooms are clean and decent. A good 10 min walk from the town centre.
